Why do CVs hesitate to show subtle intimacy!

I am not asking for inappropriate kissing and all. All I am asking for is the classics of Romantic TV shows intimacy like the guy moving the girls strand of hair from her face or a nice long hug.

Not sure how a husband kissing his wife is inappropriate. Or how showing it on TV is inappropriate.

It is nothing short of laughable that in a country of 1 billion, showing a kiss on TV is taboo. 2016 and our audience can't accept a kiss on TV.

I guess the leads don't want to indulge in much physical intimacy and would rather want to focus on performance. That's my take because the Production House runs other shows too where they have such scenes, though not explicit. Can't think of any other reason.

@ BOLD ...I think leads might not be comfortable and probably would have been agreed by the PH in their contract and hence not showing it. I dont think the CVs or Production house would have a problem. Most of them understand , a lil bit of intimacy can increase the TRP like anything . Dev and Sona are liked by all so them expressing affection will be a big hit... and that too after marriage...a daily or an alternate dose of cute romance and once in a while passionate scenes would change the game for them...
