Cameo Talk
It is great to be a part of this show wherein the storyline is great, Yash Patnaik is an amazing producer to work with and the co-actors are superb too. There's some karmic connection me and Surpiya ji share - I still look at her as Badi Maa of Sasural Genda Phool - we haven't got any scenes together so far though. Also, I am receiving lots of compliments because of my lean avatar and clean-shaven look.
Daily soaps taking a backstep?
Many around me were stating that 'Jay will now only focus on non-fiction'. I wanted to give a befitting reply with my action and that's why I took up this cameo role. Also, I am going to wait till a good daily soap comes my way. I have always associated myself with good stories and production house - and will continue to do the same.
