All my likeable lot of people here ...found your post Malvika !!

Me too liked the episode yesterday and whole time I was like ...what is going to happen next ... agree with what u have said completely.

Found ur post just now else I have refrained from coming to the forum ...too much of negativity makes me loose interest in coming here ... I actually cannot take it .

We can always agree to disagree ...isnt it !! but last few days I saw so many negative posts ...it turned me off. Finally u made a post and also a few others since morning who have tried to lighten the atmosphere that I got the urge to come back to the forum. I am really thankful to all ...at least we can try to understand why Dev's character is taking shape the way it is ...what is the need to have a PERFECT Male Lead !!

And please children giving up their love / career for their parents is not something very uncommon. It does happen all around ...its just that it is not a woman who is sacrificing or is a very devoted daughter ...it is a man who is unable to take a stand is what is pissing everyone off !

No matter what we say ...the society does want Men to always take a stand no matter what the situation ...Why so ??? A woman giving up her love will be viewed in a very different light in comparision to a man giving up his love !! Many will not spare a second to call a woman's decision as sacrifice ...why cant we think of men in the same way !! Coz we expect them to be strong but the truth is Women are much much emotionally strong than men and the real strength lies there !!!

I like flawed characters ...in fact I love them... they seem more real to me... I do not find Ritik real at all...it does not mean I dislike him or anything but I have not understood why he is doing what he is doing ...he met Sona few days back and it isn't even a case of getting emotionally involved coz he is practical enough as shown ...he is not emotionally vested in Sona ...so why is he doing ...may be I shall accept he has developed a liking for her in these days but seeing her behaviour does his mind not tick...😕.

Coming to Dev , it is necessary for Dev to see all that can happen if he chooses to leave Sona and let her go ...he has to let go in the truest sense !! Love is weird and so is the way the lovers behave ...again I am not justifying his behavior just expressing what I feel .

All that he is doing is to give some solace to himself that there is still something of him in her ...he has not been replaced ... coz he never had anyone else !! Love is not that easy and neither is giving up ! Sona is clearly on a rebound relationship and I am actually thankful to the makers for putting this across that rebound relationships are not correct !!

Despite all his flaws ...Sona still longs / pines for Dev ...love is like this only ...it does not seek perfection ...it will want what it wants and no one can do anything about it ...so with Ritvik possessing all the wonderful qualities , he can still not make Sona look at him like she was looking at Dev with glazed eyes !!

I am not going to judge anything now ... I will allow the makers to show what they want to show ... its their story ...I feel what is the fun in seeing things that I want to see happen ...why not see what they want to and how they do it ...like I enjoy reading and discussing different opinions I would like to see how this Love story pans out.

Even I haven't been visiting the forum that frequently these days.. for some reason I just didn't feel inclined to discuss.. was majorly upset with the way things were shaping up.. caught yesterday's episode today and thought of making a post.

The makers do seem confused about what they really want to potray. They seem to be running in circles. Yesterday's episode was refreshing as Dev wasn't whining or doing anything too difficult to digest. It was plain old jealousy and I liked it.

R is a confusing character in terms of understanding why exactly he wants to be with Sonakshi. He says he hasn't seen a girl like Sonakshi before, but doesn't iterate which qualities he likes in her.

You're right. We've been patient for so long, let's have some more patience and see how this pans out.

It feels good to see your posts about the episode again😃

Yes, I did enjoy the episode as well and glad to know that so many of others could understand the underlying cause of his behavior. And like you pointed, Yesterday Dev wasn't just sad. . He was sarcastically trying to take hold of the situation, I enjoyed his Oh Baap Res and attempts to show that he knows Ms. Bose😆 (He was failing at all of it miserably though, thanks to R ) Shaheer just makes the entire experience even more enjoyable!😳

Ah! It was such a relief to see no chemistry between R-Sona, didn't feel jealous at all. I was feeling bad for both Dev and Sonakshi at that time. I just wished we could get a little moment or two of their dance as well.. .Hoping too much I know😆

I am quite excited after reading the TC article infact, just going to sit back and enjoy the drama😃 Waise bhi, no one faints intentionally. Dev is not Ishwari or RR.😆😉

Glad to see the forum slowly freeing itself from the clutches of negativity.😳

You usually make my life a lot easier by making regular posts, but today I just couldn't resist and decided to make a post.

I swear, a Dev Sona dance sequence would've been awesome. Maybe a flashback or somethin like that😳

It's kinda fun to see Dev crashing and burning at trying to fix things and prove himself to be the big bad ex😆

R has asked the right question, let's hope we get the right answer today. Fingers crossed!

O Poor Dev... Poor Sona & Poorest of all, Ishwari...
I liked Dev of yesterday. I felt for him.
Didn't like Sona of yesterday but she is entitled to be angry.
Loved Ritwik of yesterday. He has his head screwed on right.

The 12th Sept promo has left me with little hope but am waiting to see how things play out.

I am watching today's episode. Dev has already got Sona understanding him and forgiving him for the break up without him even asking her to forgive him! After the way she acted so understanding today how can she display anger at a future date for the manner of break up? Now he does not even have to work to win her over in the future. She is herself telling him that she would marry him in an instant!! She is herself telling him - if you try to bring me into your life, your mom will be unhappy. She is not even saying you did not try!!

I feel cheated.

As a standalone conversation it was heart touching but it would have more appropriate if the break up was amicable and mutual not thrust upon her by him in such a callous fashion!

So I almost cried watching today's episode. This is what I wanted out of the break up. This is how the break up should have gone. They should've been crying and talking about Ishwari and then both of them should have come to the conclusion of breaking up. Together. The entire scene would have been 10 times more emotional for me had that been the case.

But you're right. That's not how it went. Sonakshi is ready to forget everything and forgive Dev without Dev asking for it. It's sad how quickly one forgets the wrongdoings of the person they love.

Having said that, I did feel bad for Dev today, after ages. His explanation for why he's doing what he's doing. I don't approve of it but I can atleast understand what he's saying. The fact that he's aware he's behaving like a pyscho stalker is a step in the right direction. The Devakshi scene was heart touching.

But, and it's a big BUT, I definitely need him to prove himself and when the time comes, I most definitely do not want Sonakshi forgiving everything in an instant. Pls CV's, we've been patient with the break up track in the hopes of a proper redemption. Pls don't snatch that away from us. I don't think I'll ever forgive them if they don't redeem Dev properly and just have Sonakshi run into his arms with a drop of a hat.
