He has been this demented since the start of the show. They legit made him- MCP ( subtle shades), control freak with bouts of anger. Typical DD's ML , Mommy issues makes an educated and apparently "sanskaari" guy turn on all controlling banshee .
It started with the job thing. A girl's no should be no but it wasn't . Fair enough they gave it the name of mother's love, child's worry and what not. Did he not break that earlier rhista for Sona just so she never move out of Delhi or the fact that he made her profile on a marriage portal. I mean, invasion of privacy by the Boss . Sona did nothing, pointing fingers and then by evening dancing with him at a Minister's gala.
What has changed now? Nothing . Except the excuse of mom is replaced by his own need and obsession for her.
I don't get this Junoon or obsession which literally makes the man think he is the only best option for the girl and rather than apologizing for her , making amends . He is trying to destroy another innocent man. He ain't worthy of anyone but his mother. They will love each other and would always be about each other. Because she is the excuse created to give "angst", darkness to him ..he can do any shitty thin and we can go blame his mom because he as an adult has no sole accountability and other viewers can admire his "junoon" and passion which is what so many stalkers who cannot handle no share.
I am not too fond of Sona's new challenge to him. Same DD trick. FL snapping fingers. What is this shaadi with this new guy all about? Thats powerful statement or just another power tool. Is marriage a challenge between these two idiots. She is emotionally messed up, educated girl. if she needs space, moving on..why cannot she leave for another place and work . Why does she need the escape of a marriage at this point to run away from Dev. Or that is somehow going to act as Kawach against Dev. Thats regressive shit . Then , the way the show tries to justify Dev through her which pricks me. She understands him? W*F. I get her family wanting to get her married but is she in the right frame of mind at all?
Ishwari and Dev are mentally sick people who are too winded with each other. Fear of loss drives them nuts. Sona or Mona, nobody is fit to be part of that madness.
