Its because she is mother to only one child i.e. Dev. She has zero love for the three daughters.

Today when Mama told Ish that even Ria Nikki have their dinner in their room, Ish was least interested. Her concern n love is only for Dev. So even if Sona wud have asked question abt Neha n her in-laws, Ish wud have asked - who is this Neha?
