I really felt for Sona...and little for ishwari too...

For sons ..most if the time they r not able to balance the relationship between mom n wife...crushed between both the expections..

Buy here the sad part is till now Dev is really unable to give 100 %.commitment to Sona... Knowingly or unknowingly he is always prioritizing his problems his issues... His mom n family... While accepting bluntly to Sona he'll never change... We don't expect him to change within 3 epis.. But gradually atleast he needs to let go of the old baggage n accept Sona wholeheartedly..

He is still unable to see anything beyond ishwari n his issues...

Yes, she wasn't the Khargosh at all! Dev must be so shocked to see that she won't accept everything he does with a sad smile on her face Yayyy😳

I absolutely loved how she walked away without letting the impact of her words diluting. She said on his face , " No I can't keep faith on you. You can't take me for granted. " 😲 😃 👏 ⭐️ I was like ye kaun hai ???? 😲 Wo sacrificing lamb Sona kaha chali gayi aur ye lioness kaha se aa gayi ??

Bonus_ DEv's face was worth watching , even after he saw how down n depressed and sad she looked she entered yet all he could care about his mom n family.. he gives a damn about Sona at that moment , and I kind of wished Sona used a harsher tone and harsher words with Dev , I'm fed up of her goodness , it makes her so unreal n unrelatable.
Honestly absolutely loved when she snapped at him n gave him a piece of her mind. Because her words were facts. Dev does take her for granted. It is known. ( like the Dothraki says )

He never thinks about her family situation when for a girl it's a big thing , he should know that having three sisters. When he said I know you must be facing lots of difficulties at your family scenerio ( though I don't care and had you not opened up this conversation I'd not have bothered to even acknowledge the existence of your family, your parents and what difficulties you face therein ) , I was like rolling my eyes so hard n I bet Sona was rolling her eyes in her mind.

I just wish Sona behaves more professional in front of both Ishwari n Dev while she's at Dixit mansion. Come on Sona, it's your work place, your office , do your job formally rather than offering to cut vegetables n wash spinach.
If Dev is taking her for granted it's at least 50 % her own fault .

There is a saying that goes - When you make a person your first priority you show him you should be the second priority.

She needs to prioritize herself and her family right now, because Dev is prioritizing his family and his mother far far over and above Sona , her pain, her problems , her insecurities.

Sorry to butt in but I was unable to stop myself from asking this question here
Was Sona really concerned about her parents until Asha found that ..a day before this incident in the phone conversation she was trying to convince Dev to reveal about them to his mom so that Ishwari doesn't get hurt not for once she thought about her parents nor mentioned about her parents to Dev. ..when a girl isn't bothered about her parents then do you think someone else will be ? Sona is equally responsible for whatever is happening

I have never seen Sona talk about her family ...post confession I always seen her worried about Ishwari ...why give so much importance to Ishwari and also why should they have to inform Ishwari first ? What if Ishwari says no ..will she share with her parents or will they have a silent breakup without letting her parents know...I am sorry to say it's Sona who has taken her family for granted ..

My post may sound more like supporting Dev but I am unable to understand Sona''s atitude...whether Dev is in picture or not Sona has been little careless towards her family

No body is absolving Sona's fault here , in fact even I said that - Quote-

Sona gave much more importance to Ishwari to be informed about their relationship because Sona's far more mature than Dev , she has far better understanding of Ishwari and even Neha because of her advantage of viewing them from an outsider's pov, whereas Dev couldn't see them beyond myy-family-member as complex faulty human beings that they are.
she knows between her parents and Dev's parent it's Dev's mom who's more complicated n difficult n completely ( read-creepy level ) possessive about her son and reluctance to allow any " outsider " with in their complex mom-son unit ( she didn't even allow his sister m her own daughters , like Neha blatantly put out once ). Her parents are extremely mature , integrated , supportive people she knows that very well and she was correct , we can clearly see how easily n promptly they accepted the whole new information Asha spilled on them and have complete faith on their child, their upbringing.
Same can not be said about Ishwari.
That's why it was much more important to tell Ishwari first, I absolutely support that bit of her behavior post-confession.
However she's changing into a super unreal goody sacrificing lamb post-confession so that even her all supportive amazing mother is disappointed n sad to notice her changes .
By the way, Sona treating herself n her family as less priority , condones Dev in no way to treat her n her family as lesser importance than his mom n his family problems, in fact just the opposite. It makes his attitude even more unforgivable.

It has been shown that sona is feeling guilty for hiding things from her parents..though she is very aware that her family will respect and accept her decision heartedly ...

She is not sure how ishwari will take v it... Reason... She knows ishwari just from a couple of months... Hence is it wrong to think of ishwari...

Sona was already guilty that she's hiding the most important news of her life when her mom overhears her...n the way she accepts sona's love without much drama was the reason why Sona never much worried about telling her family...
Buy when she saw a little disappointment in her mom's face when she was stoped from telling the news to others is what triggered sona's discomfort n anger on Dev when he just showed concern for his family😊

Dev was not ready to share about their relationship with anyone be it his family or Sona''s family ...he has zero clue about Asha as he doesn't get to spend time at Boss family like Sona does ,so he would be dependent on Sona to share her family views or their problems .It's naturally for him to assume everything is fine with Bose family and that doesn't mean in any way he is giving them less importance to her family ...I agree he should have asked Sona about her family but how long have they been dating ? Post confession he is solving one or other problems related to his family ...isn't it human nature to focus on issue at hand first ...
What if Ishwari says no ...will she inform her parents or will she work on convincing his mom ? Till then is she ready to keep her parents in dark ...there is no clear answer from Dev or Sona ..so I dont get the reason behind revealing it to Ishwari first ...it shouldn't matter ...and also I felt it was too early to call Ishwari as her own mom ...this miss goody attitude was bothering me..I am glad to see her being selfish ...

I guess I need to stop here and wait for tomorrow's episode before getting g carried away

Gargi🤗 I am sooo happy to see you back in the forum😳
Yed, we all have been saying it ever since the three days Goody-good phase got over! He really does take her presence in his life for granted. .
@bold: you sound so pissed off on Dev😆 But yes you are right, Dev really doesn't give a damn about her right now. Its all about him and his mother.
Sonakshi became way too emotional with Ishwari and got attached to her.. obviously she loves Dev and it is natural to try and be involved with your partner's family. She was trying to ignore the bakwaas that was being thrown on her.I was waiting for her to reach that saturation point. . And boy! She blasted them all of with her comeback👏 And that too, so gracefully😳
Sona just realised this. . That she is being taken for granted and is nowhere near his priority list when it comes to his mother. . She took it all out on him! That I have a family and I am strong enough was for Dev. . And also a reminder for herself.

Yes, Sona is too much into the 'maa' 'maa' thing for Dev's maa... When she even mentioned about 'maa''s behavior towards her to Elena, I was surprised how Elena understood that it's Dev's maa and not Sona's maa... 😆

Agree Sona knows her family well and hoping that they would celebrate her moment by joining her in her happiness... But she should have also known how much they will want to be part of her happiness as well... Like when her father was wondering, WHEN, WHERE, HOW... Now will she sit and play a flashback flashback game with him?! 🤪

If Dev taking his own time doesn't mean she too should delay it... I couldn't get Elena's rule as well... Is that a new rule in the younger generation that the boy should announce first?! Even if the girl's family is running to talk about marriage, if the girl knows to handle her family she can always buy time😉... And here toh Sona knows very well that the Dixits are complicated... She has to prepare her family too for that!!! 😆

I think it took Asha's way of handling, to bring Sona out of that 'maa-maa' land of Ishwari... Dev has influenced her a lot to take over his emotional attachment towards Ishwari as her own... 😆

And also Sona forgot how her family is and it is way different from the Dixits... She started containing things within herself and that's not how they do it in the Bose's family!!! She was losing her strength because of this negative change in her... Her way needs to share it... With her family... And girl you need to keep that value in yourself for your own good... 😉 But I'm glad that she did... 👏

Absolutely correct👏 That day Bijoy and the entire family directly asked her if she had something to share. . Thats when she was extremely guilty for not sharing her biggest happiness with them. . But the moment she saw Asha's disappointment. . That was it for her.
