Till then is she ready to keep her parents in dark ...there is no clear answer from Dev or Sona ..so I dont get the reason behind revealing it to Ishwari first ...it shouldn't matter ...and also I felt it was too early to call Ishwari as her own mom ...this miss goody attitude was bothering me..I am glad to see her being selfish ...

I guess I need to stop here and wait for tomorrow's episode before getting g carried away

Maybe, Sonakshi thought that Dev isn't ready to disclose the relationship as yet. . So she mentally decided that they both will disclose it to their respective families together . Sona never said that he will wait for him to talk to Ishwari. . She said I will tell to my parents whenever he is ready. . As in to discuss the relationship openly. Obviously, Sona is well aware that her mother will be keen on talking with Dev and Ishwari. . And things will get difficult to handle if Ishwari disapproves by chance. Sonakshi is sure about her family's happiness. . Dev isn't.

@bold: Even I never liked her 'maa' song. It was not needed. . Infact I despised the entire pre havan conversation as well.

Yes, Even I should stop. It has been more than 16 hours now

Yed, we all have been saying it ever since the three days Goody-good phase got over! He really does take her presence in his life for granted. .
@bold: you sound so pissed off on Dev😆 But yes you are right, Dev really doesn't give a damn about her right now. Its all about him and his mother.
Sonakshi became way too emotional with Ishwari and got attached to her.. obviously she loves Dev and it is natural to try and be involved with your partner's family. She was trying to ignore the bakwaas that was being thrown on her.I was waiting for her to reach that saturation point. . And boy! She blasted them all of with her comeback👏 And that too, so gracefully😳
Sona just realised this. . That she is being taken for granted and is nowhere near his priority list when it comes to his mother. . She took it all out on him! That I have a family and I am strong enough was for Dev. . And also a reminder for herself.

Right now I think Dev is being little bit of hypocrite.

Why I think so ? Lemme explain.

Either Dev thinks every thing is fine in Sona's family front as few members here would like to suggest.

But then he lied between his teeth when he said " I understand you too must be facing many difficulties... etc. " because really what else he could've said when confronted by Sona , he'd at least the decency to look embarrassed , I'd give him that , but he's no where near acknowledging the fact that he couldn't care less about those "difficulties" at this point when even a leaf blows in the wrong direction in his family garden. I mean how could Sona's sad crestfallen down-in-the-dumps face be a more important thought for him than his mom doing some thing so very taxing n strainous as cooking 😲 😕 He didn't even bother asking her what is the matter with her , straight jumped into mild accusatory questioning ! No wonder Sona wonders whether this man loves her enough to be serious about their relationship.

Or , he does think and at least aware that Sona is facing difficulties at home n may be guilty n upset that she's lying n hiding from her family because Dev is too weak to let her family know.

This is the better one because it at least doesn't paint Dev in such a bad light as the previous one does. Shows that he's not completely blind. Because why the hell should he think that every thing must be fine in Sona's family front ??? 😲 Surely, the self made business tycoon isn't so dumb ?? He has 3 sisters after all ! Shouldn't he know better than that ??

We can't give him the loop hole that Sona should've communicated better with him . Yes she sould've probably, but as she herself said, when does Dev even hears her out ?? Her words are " Bekaar ki baatein " for him nowadays. He may not know, that's fine, but it's disheartening that he's not even willing to know !!! 😲 🥱

Also, I think Sona is not just blindly following Elena's advice , she's being some what practical about it too.

I'm saying it from the context of yesterday's episode.

Ok so she tells her family first with out waiting for Dev to tell his mother first. Her family, as she knew , would accept it very well be very happy n have full faith on her , like they did in yesterday's epi , and then they would naturally ask her if the Dixit family treats her well. What would then Sona tell them < " Errr... actually the thing is, his mother treats me like an annoying usurpar , some one who's slowly distancing her from her golden boy , an outsider with grabby claws, his maami treats me like a servant n insults me day in and day out. And Dev...well...he's least interested in disclosing our relationship to his family right now ! So now you guys know the gist of my relationship ! " Yeah a cheerful exciting scenerio for a girl while contemplating even the possibility of telling them about her bf. 😃

She just wanted to see the acceptance from Dev's family and then she would have happily shared the news to her family...

Even after sona said those words and went...Dev dint even make a effort to call her...to speak to her...Just worried that his MAA is cooking in the kitchen...

I am glad that the makers have kept his character intact...and i would really like to see how Dev makes up for this to Sona...😊
