To be perfectly honest , I've always watched KRPKAB for the character Sonakshi n Dev was always important to me only because of what part he plays in Sonakshi's arc n story , and there fore it's not surprizing that my interest towards the show kind of fizzled out when I saw the strength of her character n the integrity independence and professionalism seeping out of her because of the disease called Loveria , but due to my old fondness for the character Sonakshi Bose ( whom I use to fondly call as lioness ) and Devakshi I kept in touch with the forum silently at times to keep tabs on the show becuase I've stopped watching since a loong time. And I only came back and watched last night's episode on YT because of Sona's character recovering some sort of semblance to her old fiery self after a vocal dose from her mother. Credit to Asha . 👏

You're right. The makers do seem confused on how to deal with Ishwari's character. I gave up on trying to understand her a long time back. I just can't understand why she does what she does. She needs khatri to keep her distracted I feel. Its good that you gave up on her and better dont even try to understand her, its not good for our mental health and peace.

Everything you said about Sonakshi, I agree 100%. I'm very glad they're showing her human side again instead of potraying her as the shock absorber of the Dixit family. Her attitude in the first promo resonated with me,which is why I started watching the show. Was very glad to see her back. Feelings are mutual. 😊

Coming to Dev, somewhere, his character is also staying true to the promos. Its just annoying us to see him not give the required priority to Sonakshi. The promos clearly showed he keeps his mom above everything else. And that is what he is doing currently. I'm just worried that the disconnect should not reach a point of no return, where we actually start rooting for Sonakshi to move on. I can understand that its annoying when he doesn't give required priority to Sonakshi but thats how his character is and We need to accept him the way he is. I dont have any complaints about Dev till he stays true to his character.
