I know there would be more hugs to come of course, but still... this greedy reader wanted them to savour that first hug. Let it seep into their pores. A tangible, physical reassurance that they have found each other. Have each other. Desire can follow it of course but initially it would be just the two of them drinking in each other's presence. Wiping away the pain of the past. Maybe once it sinks into her that she is not seeing some crazy, bizarre dream? Can I get a scene like that?? Maybe in the next chapter or the next?? No obligation. Just a request.

On a lighter note, I am just imagining Adi's face when he sees the grown up version of the little girl in the photo frame. 😆 And his relief that he doesn't have to hound the CBI officers. 😆
