What a day... the forum is buzzing again...
Thank you for such a lovley analysis...
True time waits for no one...samay...time... it just moves along...we cling to past or present...the future will happen anyway...like it or not with dreams and aspirations fulfilled or not.

Yesterday's episode was so fulfilling...it was not a filler but the essence of the story...

Thank you for such a beautiful analysis...

Keep writting...

Brilliant brilliant analysis...👏 Kudos to you for analyzing each and everything and the central 3 characters so damn beautifully.👏

The only thing i have a different opinion about is Sona's character. As you have said in the initial promos Sona wanted to talk to Dev's mom, but when he said no she stepped back. But this is how Sona's love is for Dev. She always says. i don't want to pressurize you and this was also reflected in the promo. She don't want Dev to do anything without his own wish. If he don't want to talk to his mother and she goes and talk to her, Dev will not be happy with it. And for Sona it is more important to prepare Dev to talk to his mother instead of convincing him to let her talk.

And may be Sona will do that and if still he'll not be ready in the very first promo we have seen Sona saying "Jab kissa hi khatam horaha hai to baat karne se kya fayda" and she leaves... I just want to see how the makers will incorporate these initial promos in the storyline.

Thanks for your amazing response! 👍🏼

Actually, I don't think our opinions differ that much at all. I completely agree that Sona prefers to support and prepare Dev rather than pressure him into something he is not ready for. That works well when Sona is in a good state of mind, but it becomes harder and harder for her to maintain that patience when her insecurities come to the fore, as they did with Dev's illness. When she was not allowed to be near him in his time of need, and was constantly taunted and excluded by his family, it's natural that she wondered whether she had any real place in his life. And it's that insecurity that is causing her to push Dev to move faster than he is ready to.

What I think Sona needs to learn (and this is my personal opinion, of course) is to express herself more all the time and not just when she panics or feels like the situation is spiralling out of control. She has felt guilty about hidig this relationship from her parents for a while now, but the one time she brought it up to Dev -- at the coffee shop-- she agreed to drop it completely for the moment because that is what Dev wanted. And she didn't express those concerns again to Dev until her tolerance was completely shattered by his illness and her inability to be with him. Her panic and tears put a lot of pressure on Dev, which is not at all what Sona intends to do.

That's what I love about this phase; all of the characters are landing up causing things they want to prevent by giving in to their insecurities. Each of them have hurdles to overcome to make this situation work in the future. 😊

Thanks, Sam! It's always the episodes that garner mixed reactions that elicit the most discussion. There's only so much you can ooh and aah at romance, but once you get into the darker complexities of the human mind, the possibilities for discussion are endless!

Your reference to "samay" reminded me of the old Mahabharata narrator... "main samay hoon" 😆
