Only word for this analysis is beautiful. U have kind of got into Dev's heart and mind. Its very easy to blame the poor chap for his inaction but very difficult to understand his fears.

Thank you so much! And thanks for cutting poor Dev some slack 😆 He is being innundated with new experiences and expectations he has never faced before, and it doesn't surprise me that he is getting a little overwhelmed!

First of all thank you for your post after long time and its always pleasure reading your analysis.

Dev fights to stay in the present, unwilling to risk his new found and unprecedented happiness, desperately holding on to a fleeting moment that is slipping through his fingers.

Given that she has a good ideal of what Dev is trying to tell her, seeing him struggle to find the right words, watching him hesitate, could she not have met him half way? When a parent sees their child fearfully attempting a new endeavour, don't they rush to hold their hand, guide them, and give them strength? Not Ishwari.

Sona has always been and will always be a silent healer and advocate for this mother-son relationship and catalyst for its evolution. The only problem? She is reluctant to overstep Dev's wishes and use this key to unlock their future. Because of her (admittedly justifiable) insecurities about her place in his life, she gives him sole rights to make the first move. This has been a repeated trait/flaw in Sona's character: she is a big dreamer, but plays it safe when it comes to execution. It was the case when she was in love with Dev, but couldn't confess her feelings, and it is the case now.

How wonderfully you said all of this about them.👏

All three of these characters are attempting to control time: Ishwari, in trying to turn it back, Dev in trying to freeze a single moment, and Sona in her impatience to move forward, but time stops for nobody, and as long as they fail to respect that, things will continue to spiral out of control. So, will Sona be emboldened to overstep Dev in fighting for her future? Will Dev trust Sona's vision enough to take a leap of faith from the warm, safe present? Will Ishwari learn that she can find renewed purpose in the future, instead of escaping to the past?

Only TIME will tell! 😉

I am eagerly looking forward for the story to get unfold and I am glad that the story is moving ahead from their koo chikoo moments. Please keep posting more often.

Thank you so much for your response! I was travelling the past ten days, so could not post much, but hopefully I will be able to more regularly now. I am also glad the core plot is moving forward, and very, very excited to see where they take the story once we have crossed the moment in which the promos are set. We can see we are fast nearing that now!

Brilliant brilliant analysis...👏 Kudos to you for analyzing each and everything and the central 3 characters so damn beautifully.👏

The only thing i have a different opinion about is Sona's character. As you have said in the initial promos Sona wanted to talk to Dev's mom, but when he said no she stepped back. But this is how Sona's love is for Dev. She always says. i don't want to pressurize you and this was also reflected in the promo. She don't want Dev to do anything without his own wish. If he don't want to talk to his mother and she goes and talk to her, Dev will not be happy with it. And for Sona it is more important to prepare Dev to talk to his mother instead of convincing him to let her talk.

And may be Sona will do that and if still he'll not be ready in the very first promo we have seen Sona saying "Jab kissa hi khatam horaha hai to baat karne se kya fayda" and she leaves... I just want to see how the makers will incorporate these initial promos in the storyline.
