When I read the update and later saw the episode I felt quite upset. It is just a show but because it is somewhat realistic it does resonate with experiences in our lives. I had a very close friend who grew up with me. The guy had to back out because he would not oppose his mom even though he was crazy about my friend, my friend too could not fault his logic. However the mistake he made was to involve her so much emotionally. All of us close friends felt so bad for her and had to work so hard to collectively help her recover. So, anytime on the show, I get the sense that Sona will be devastated I feel very upset. I hope the makers focus on his pain this time since we have had Sona crying (very very well) in the run up to epi 76

No matter how complicated their relationship, quite frustrating to see Ish engage in chula drama instead of making attempts to get Dev to come clean...She was so frank in case of Natasha - "I may not be as imp for you" and Dev promptly assured her she would always reign

How can Dev say to her so casually - let us not tell anyone?. How can they disrespect her family like this? He just wants her to sneak around in his house and come to his room whenever he gets a moment's respite from work and ma? Sona also was quite annoying with her "ma" talks. She does not want up upset his ma, what about her family, dignity and feelings??

When I see this kind of possessiveness towards son, and son treats mother as god... I feel it's better Dev kind of people should not marry anyone. Spot on! One time suffering is better than prolonged pain. So far this relationship or association with Dev has given Sona more sorrow than joy. Judging by how things are at present, it does not look like that will change

It's always healthy family, when elders gracefully accept their age and welcome DIL whole heartedly, give them a space. In my personal experience, It's always blessing to have elders at home, who are supportive.

Coming to story, the way ishwari claims that Dev never keeps any secrets, pls some one show her video sona's accident day. The way Dev venting out all his childhood difficulties, trauma which he went through. .then she will understand what sona in dev's life.

Also, I want makers put some more light on sona and her difficulties. . Dev should not get sona that easily. Show some hurdles from sona side as well.

Excellent pov on the chulha drama ...Ishwari knows how to make Dev feel guilty. Seriously dnt understand who wud symphathise with Ish now, writers have taken it too far this time or wait more chulha drama n Sona's insult in tomm epi

😆 I loved everything you said. How so true. Dev doesn't have a backbone to stand and speak in front of his mother. How do we expect to take him to take a fair stand in future for Sona. And ya he won't even touch Sona even after marriage until he has the guts to take permission from his mother. Faltu ka mera haq hai, mujhe chahiye dialogues and If he really ends up doing it, he would be guilty like hell and won't be able to tell his mother about his wife being pregnant. Seriously what a crackpot family Dixit's are.
