Respect your pov ...n totally understand it too.. others have explained that Dev is jus a human and u don expect a man wth 103 degree fever to stand up all of a sudden and fight with his mami ..and also if you remember Dev understands that Sona knows Mami very well now to not react to her taunts..there was a conversation earlier betn them too.but yes, its not wrong on ur part to feel that he shld have taken a stand for her..but what annoys me is your title..."moron" really??? as far as i know and as far as i have read..moron is a highly offensive term used to define a utterly foolish or stupid person... quoting from webster dictionary "

Full Definition of moron

  1. 1usually offensive : a person affected with mild mental retardation

  2. 2: a very stupid person"

I really don thing you need to express your pov's by using such offesive terms for the male lead just coz he did not behave as per your wishes ..wld request you to kindly filter your words before posting them..the forum doesnt look cool wen you have posts using such terms for the male leads...it was fine till u stuck to doormat and rotlu but this was a bit too much for me to digest...kindly refrain from doin so...i can jus request..if this is a part of your daily language usage..i am sorry..i wldnt speak much !

I agree with your POV. Doing nothing is very unberable. She is a human being afterall. I don't want to talk about that scene at all. I don't know why CVs write such useless, putting off, bekar scenes. You can omit them instead of making him sit like a rock and Sona staying mum, not saying anything to that garbage spitting woman. Dunno what they get from writing such nonsensical, BP increasing scenes.

I am really afraid Dev won't take a stand for Sona even in the future.

Erica and Shaheer was amazing as usual. The last scene was lovely!

GKB and her taunts are so lame to even be considered for any reaction or reply. And hid facial expressions suggested that he did not like that.
Also he was weak and just opened his eyes.

matters to dev. if that was the case each time he goes to office he wouldnt have taken blessings

but yes i dislike it when mami shooves off sona as though she is a begger

Value in terms of emotional attachment. Dev respects elders so he takes blessings of all. But emotionally he is connected more to Ishwari and then to Mamaji. Least or negligible to his Mami.

Personally, i feel that every one is entitled to their point of view, good, bad and ugly, on characters. They are all fictional and hence there is wider leverage to criticize . I think one should stop short of using abusive or vulgar words or criticizing individuals who play the role or people who express views. To me, Doormat or Moron is not a vulgar or abusive word in that sense. We use it on friends and our ownselves too, don't we? The etymology of the word Moron is from Greek - that means foolish. I think this forum has a lot of friends ( enemies do not exist in my dictionary) and they can overlook such expressions. ( seriously it should be renamed IFF - india friends forum)

I think if someone has used the word doormat or moron for Dev, the same can also be used for sona, isn't it? Both using Dev's phrase, " are in the same situation literally"!! Think about it.

three cheers to our Dev and Sona that even if they are termed as Doormat or Moron, they rock!! nothing can and will take away from their chemistry and the sheer joy they bring to viewers on screen.
