"Dev I want to meet you" sona said to herself as Dev was in fever and she wanted to be with him, take good care of him but Ishwari made sure that this doesn't happen.
Sona was finding every possible chances of going to his room but she didn't only had to be careful of Mami ji but Ishwari too and she could only catch few glimpses of Dev.
Feeling of helplessness were hitting her hard. She wanted to do so much for him but she was forbidden of it.
It was 9 when Sona came at the Dixit mansion. She wanted to go to Dev's room but then she remembered how Ishwari didn't seem happy with her and how she was rude to her when she tried to take care of Dev. And Sona dropped the idea, she didn't want to make any unwanted messing up of things.
10 minutes passed and she felt that the house was too quiet.
"Bhola bhaiyya ghar mein itni shaanti kyo hai?Mami ji bhi nai dikh rai"
"Doctor didi ghar pe Dev bhaiyya ke alawa koi ni hai. Maa ji aur Mama ji doctor ke yaha gaye hai Dev bhaiyya ke liye aur Mami ji apne kisi rishtedaar ke yaha"
It was such a huge relief to Sona. She could finally meet him and ask him if he is fine.
" Bhola bhaiyya maine jo aapko abhi samjhaya hai wo aap kar dijiye. Main aati hu"
She quickly went to his room. The door was closed, she opened it in a hurry and closed it back only to see Dev sleeping in a sitting position.
She felt like crying now. She couldn't talk to him even now. He was sleeping and she didn't want to disturb him. She just came and sat by his side, looking at him.
After waiting for 5 minutes she stood up and turned back to leave but Dev held her hand. She quickly turned back to see him and he gestured her to sit and she followed.
"Kaha thi Sona tum?"
Sona looked down trying to control her tears.
"Sonakshi..kya hua?"
Still looking down, she moved her head in a no.
"Kisi ne kuch kaha tumse?"
She again moved her head saying a no.
He cupped her cheek with his hand, making her look up.
"Mujhe bhi nai bataogi?"
She couldn't control now and hugged him.
"I'm sorry Dev" she said, crying.
"Sorry for what Sonakshi?"
"I'm a very bad girlfriend. Aap yaha fever mein the aur main dhng se aapka khayal bhi nai rakh paai. Bahot buri hu main." She cried.
Dev broke the hug and looked at her
"Dekho meri girlfriend ke liye tum aisa bologi to main tumse baat nai karunga. Aur meri girlfriend sabse acchi hai..you don't talk bad about her."
"Dev.." she said in a disappointed tone.
He cupped her face and said
"Sonakshi tum do raat se soi nai na?"
"Aapko kaise pata?"
"Pata kaise nai hoga..main jaanta hu ki tum mere paas rehna chahti thi pure time aur nai reh paai to usi baat ko lekar khud ko bura bol rai ho.
Lekin kaise aati tum mujhe pata hai Mami ji kaise behave karti hai tumhare saath."
"Dev..ni wo.." she didn't knew what to say because more than Mami ji his mom was making sure that she doesn't look after him. But she didn't want to tell him that.
"I know Sona. I know wo tumhe aane ni de rahi hongi mere paas.
Aur Sonakshi mujhe bukhar hua tha iska matlab yeh nai ki main sab bhul gaya, kaise tumne mera khayal rakkha ta. Mujhe to yahi lagg raha tha ki tum meri girlfriend nai ho..balki meri wife ho"
"Yaha aao mere paas.
Tum mujhse kitna zada pyar karti ho iska koi proof nai chahiye mujhe."
She hugged him again, feeling a bit relieved.
"Ab kaise ho aap?" She asked breaking the hug
"Tumne itne pyaar se mujhe hug kia to ab main bahot accha hu."
She smiled.
"Waise..agar tumhare hug karne se itna accha ho sakta hoon..to socho.."
He looked at her lips. And Sona hit him lightly.
"Dev..aap bhi na..fever mein bhi aise kar rahe ho." She blushed and he giggled.
They heard the horn of the car n knew someone was back home. He brought her closer and they both hugged.
Sona moved her face closer to his face, still hugging him and placed a sweet surprise from her lips on his cheek. And Dev widened his eyes on her touch.
She whispered "jaldi theek hojao ab."
