I think its high time CVs got that poor girl out of that house , above all want to see OUR OLD SONA BACK. Post the acceptance of her relationship with Dev she is shown with low self respect. Trying to look like a typical 1950 DIL who accepts every abuse that is been thrown across. In this case , she is not even a DIL. She still is a consultant nutritionist appointed by Dev. Her primary reason to be in that house is not her affection for the man who appointed her there but its her job.
Where is the sense of professionalism?? she lost it ?? Why show the world that India professional women have no professionalism or self respect when in love?? That is NOT TRUE. We dont loose our sense of professionalism and self respect just because we fall in love. In fact the moment the acceptance happened she should have discussed it with Dev and moved out telling Dev that she will take care of his mom but not being at home .
Sad part is we women and our mindset have changed . we have progressed so much ahead . (Thanks to our parents and loved ones to bring in that change in us )I feel (sadly ) media is finding it difficult to show that loud and clear (because somewhere deep down they feel showing a strong women or women as financial provider would show her in a bad light ...might not be accepted .
When they created a beautiful character like Sonakshi and took the risk of showing her as a face of present day Indian lady ( strong , independent , individualistic with high self respect ) , why dont they maintain the consistency of the character ?
Well its my POV . I really want that old Sonakshi back !!
