As I believe she is narcissists ...is she a psychopath as well?????????
She lacks empathy...

She is a self centred and seeks attention .

She has inflated egos.

She is manipulative.

She has tendencies to hurt people.( mentally).

She loves to have her control over other's life in an unhealthy way.

Ishwari is a mother and yes she loves her son and maybe because Dev
has made her his number one priorty she takes it in her stride that whatever she says Dev will accept and follow and she is not wrong he has always .
Ishwari always wanted a good girl for her son its just that Dev have not told her he is in love with Sona and I think any mother would react similar if they found out their son have already chosen his life partner in Dev's case he has chosen and excluded his mother so maybe she does have some rights to over react .
lets see what really happens but certainly Ishwari is no psychopath well not for me

Ishwari is a too possessive...that's the main problem..though she gave dev the right to decide on his marriage with Natasha ..
She was not wanting him to marry her inwardly...don't know y she is so mad..
She agreed Neha's love inspire of being a girl and she would leave her and go with her husband but y not Dev's love .he is a man he is only going to be with her in the same house ..then what is the prob I don't understand.. Ishwari is going to behave very cheap with sona and insult her :( sona pls leave the job ..don't lose ur self respect pls

😆 not really!!!

I can understand your emotional outburst.. Come let me give you a hug to calm you down🤗!!

It must be your love for Dev-Sona and the default expectations from a loving mother for her son's happiness!! Ishwari is sure shown in some bad light here and I thought this is where the makers would have made it differently.. But they have taken an approach where Ishwari's insight is still not shown very clearly and not much focus given to have the audience empathize with her... But I also think that must be on purpose so that a thought process is triggered in mothers like Ishwari by putting her through such reactions which she herself might be hurt for doing it at a later point in time... 🤔
Now it's all in the moment of action what she's doing.. I really really hope they will make the changes for good in Ishwari gradually before it's too late for her to realize.. And Dev has a good amount of struggling before he could get that understanding of his mother and help her in fixing it.. Or will it be Ishwari will do it and fix it all by herself?! I am looking forward to the days where Ishwari will get into the understanding mode and be hurt to have put her son through as all this ordeal... 👍🏼

And I am liking it how they are not making Dev to be too perfect as a son too.. He will go through his own journey of experience in understanding the missing dots in his mother's behavior...😃

Sona... I am confident about her strength in all this and I am hoping to see her doing good for herself.. Not necessarily through Dev or anyone.. She's capable of holding herself high.. There is no fault of hers in all this... And if she's not gonna pull Dev to the other side against his will then what better support a girl can give to the boy.. Let him handle his relationship goals in his own way while she supports him by standing beside him.. As she rightly said once (before the accident) "what to do my family isn't this complicated".. And sure she is one lucky girl to have a beautiful family and a great support system...🤗 and I would love to see her mother supporting her after knowing it all...🤗

Dev-Ish bond is very special and I sure wouldn't want the makers to mess it up too much such that when it's time to revive it should really sit well with us without jeopardizing on their natural equation... Dev cannot be shown being too much conscious around Ishwari in the future, spoiling his beautiful natural love expression for Sona❤️...

Hoping that there will be a day when Ishwari funnily comments to Dev "you not following my instructions but obeying to all of your wife's decisions??" Then quickly adding "what if you have a mother like that?" similar to Dev-Sona lightweight comment on each during the blue file call?!😉
