When his mother asked , " what are you hiding from me ?" That initial reaction was fear mixed with guilt..Was he scared that his mom has found out abt his relationship with Sonakshi? Just after that when his mom said abt him going to Neha's house he seemed a lil relieved . I think slowly the guilt of hiding his relationship is increasing . Did you all feel the same about that scene?

Yeah - he's completely torn - he has no clue what to do - and why he is doing the way is doing now = poor chap - confused soul !!

My mind is actually going to other places than the obvious. The scenes with Ishwari are always so tension filled ...I mean there is no ease...it always gives me a feeling of underlying tension ...I always feel Dev is judged by a single word he utters ...a single expression he shows ...it is sad coz the person in front of him is his mom and if you look at it, the bond with the mother should be care free ...why do I always get this feeling from within when I see them together ...in the last scene yesterday Ishwari said that he was like the " Darakht " that takes care of all the plants underneath it ... Ishwari just keeps drilling into him his responsibilities all the time ...kaam nahi suffer karna chahiye ...give him a break yaar ...see his face that time ...its just so serious ...if the plants need air to breathe ...does the tree not need it as well or shall they keep feeding off him without understanding that the tree may be going hollow from within !!!

I really don't know I don't feel good when Dev Ishwari talk ...I just dont see motherly affection from her side ...I may be wrong but only by saying ur my worthiest son ...sabse acha beta ...sabse pyara beta does not make u a good mother ...his expression yesterday was the one u give when u r so hesitant to say what u want to say coz the other person is expecting something as has been happening always ...Why is change not acceptable in case of him ...the boy is trapped in this invisible cage and it makes me really sad !!! coz the mother is totally oblivious !

And Ishwari did make him feel guilty and I did not like that 1 % ...she did emotional manipulation ...if mothers would do emotional manipulation all the time ...what do u expect the child to do ...he will definitely keep away things coz he is afraid to express ...afraid to want something for himself as that would mean him taking time off from his family and giving it to someone else ...how utterly sad !!

Ishwari was someone that I really liked from the start of this show , her provety did not stop her to push Dev into studies but then one episode came when it was Holi and the kids messed Dev's shirt he was angry as its his only school shirt at that time his mother could have told him to stay out of school and catch up with the work but she didn't and I thought she just wants her son to be studious but now I realized because of her proverty she depended on Dev to take them out of it she needed him to make them rich and it seems all her encouragements towards him is about maintaining his Business keeping his family together .

Dev on the other hand has always shared everything with Ishwari so now that he has not surely it would make him feel guilty

Yes. I agree 100%. Their conversations will always be tension filled and on top of it scary background music when iswari is shown on the screen.Really i am fed of iswari insecurities that are growing day by day and on top of it she is increasing the gulit of dev as if he had done a big crime of hiding his relationship with sona.I don't feel their relationship as a healthy mother-son relationship rather as a master-slave relationship where always the slave should be faithful to his master with gratitude.I can't believe that can we see a mother like iswari also who can manipulate her kids for her selfishness as she struggled a lot to bring up their kids.It is the ulimate responsibility of the parents to bring up their kids and they did not do any favor by giving them the good future.It is not a business deal where we can say that i had brought u up and gave you good future and as a return you should sacrifice your life and should be under my control till the end of your life.That is the reason i also does not feel iswari love towards her son as pure motherly love but it is a selfish and she is self centered mother and will always make feel her son as a money lending machine who should always concentrate on earning money and fulfiling all wishes of his family.Did she think anytime about the happiness of her son till now?I say it is a big no.Just for the sake of words she will say him to enjoy his life but when he is really doing it,she is unable to digest and became the villan to vanish all his happiness for her selfishness

Very True , some times I wonder what her opinion would be , if Dev hadnt succeeded so much in life. Would she have the same affection for him. A lot of us dont like GKB ,she has this blind love towards her son ( even that is wrong , spoils kids ) , but she has no expectations from him like the way Ishwari expects from Dev. Ishwari has diff shades of grey in her character , which is slowly emerging . This makes me think , what is that Khatri knows about Ishwari that will spoil her image in front her son?😕

really don't known why ishawri does not realize that dev is a human being not a machine who just has to work according to her. she always seems to reminding him of his responsibilities. even if he failed to inform her about her visit to his sisters place BIG DEAL even he was missing neha so its ok , rather then being happy she scolded him. Ishawari should really do some meditation and give Dev a BREAK.

Right ...she can meditate, more Bhagwan puja and go on a tirtha yatra to get rid of her inner turmoils.
