So Dev Realised he was selfish

I had expressed the other day in one topic that the marriage seemed unreal where the brother is romancing at the time of baraat... While many said it was ok, I still felt - maybe it would be ok had it been at another time - say at the sangeet or something... But these are the last few moments before your sister is going to another home... And how can you be so casual and callous about it that even at the phere, you are taking your own vows... It didnt really look good to me... And am happy that at least now he realised what he was doing was wrong...

I also feel the way they are portraying Sonakshi these days is to an extent irritating... Like her asking Elina if arrangements were fine 😕 It looks like Begani Shaadi Mein Abdullah Deewana 😉 And now the precap where she is searching for the file in Dev's cupboard... Fine, Dev asked him to do so... But so correct that she always is, she should have at the first instance told Dev that it isnt right for her to do so - ask your mom to find it, she will feel happy & important... She has the intelligence to guide Neha to wear the lehnga, but in her own situation, she doesnt know what is right what not, where to draw the line... She should realise her position in the Dixit household - all said and done, she is still just a nutritionist there... Imagine a nutritionist searching your file 😕

I was absolutely loving there blossoming love till until the marriage thing started... Like when he would go to her house late at nite, he would ask her advise, he would teach her driving, he would wear the orange shirt for her... But I think the makers, in a bid to make it romantic have really messed up with this marriage... And its about time Ishwari confronts the 2 for whats up after all! Enough of this cat n mouse...

Sona is not just a nutritionist at dixit house... she is like a family member...evn ishwari have tld dat mny times
And dev didn't fail in any of his responsibilities as a brother

But to be imagining/taking your own vows when your sister is taking pheras, it makes him look like disinterested... I dont say he didnt fulfil her needs, but to be present there physically & be mentally somewhere else looked weird... Just that what I meant... As for Ishwari, God knows when she will confront them 😆 Looks like she is hell bound on wanting to get hurt first 😆 How many times more she wants to catch them 😕 Ab pooch bhi lo kya baat hai😆😛

I feel Ishwari will slyly fire Sonakshi one of these days... She will say I am fine now & dont need "nutrition" 😆 Then I think Dev will insist she needs her... Then I think truth will come out 😛

Yeah during the baraat he was a bit late. But as a brother he fulfilled all his responsibilities very well. He took care of Neha's every need. Even before the wedding he went to her to ask whether she need something. And yes he was late, he was the last person to get ready as he was looking into everything from the arrangements.

It was clear, he was worried as Sona was locked in his room. But he paid all the attention to every ritual, you can figure it out from the happiness on his face. His smile showed how happy he was that his sister was getting married to the love of her life.

And during the pheras what is a brother's responsibility? Though he was taking his vows. He was there only for his sister. To be there in her happiness... To fulfill all his responsibilities. After the gathbandhan is done, when the Bride and Groom takes the pheras what a brother suppose to do? If with his sister's happiness, he's doing something for himself, his own happiness, i don't think there's anything wrong in it. If he would have done it ignoring his responsibilities towards his sister than that would have been wrong for me.

For Sona's character, after watching yesterday's episode, i don't find anything irritating about it. She's such a mature girl. The way she handled a vulnerable Dev keeping herself strong infront of him was commendable. For her asking Elina about the wedding arrangement, many of the girls do that. Obviously Dev was the one who made all the arrangements. And she knew, she couldn't find a single fault, even if she think of it. As it was all done by Dev. So she asked Elina, just to make sure Ranveer's family would have liked it. It was for her love. If at all he'll ask her, atleast she can say she asked Elina and everything was good, nothing went wrong. He should not worry about it. Right?

For the precap, we all know it was just a glimpse. We need to watch the whole episode before commenting on it. And even if Sona opened the cupboard to get the file. What's wrong in it. It was about his work and who thinks twice when it is something important. He needed the file and may be it was urgent.

We are moving towards the theme of the show now and we are bound to get some of the scenes like this. DevAkshi and Ishwariji are correct in their own ways...!!! And yes, there are some mistakes DevAkshi are doing and even Ishwariji is doing, but that is what human nature is all about. Everybody make mistakes and even they have made some. When the things are realistic, we'll have to accept the mistakes characters will make.
