As Dev used to think, I also always pondered... if heart is an organ.. then why is love having a ❤️sign, one of a heart...??

Any response...😃

And what makes it more worse... this heart of mine like many of you is pumping too fast... when it becomes Monday...😳😳😳

Why is time not striking 930pm IST... when will Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi start... Oh God!!

Lelel, unlike most people I am going with the most boring answer ever (guess who isn't really a romantic person in life 🤪)

Mainly bcos love and other emotions bave always been associated with the heart in literature and logical reasoning with the brain. Both are your brains doings! But i don't think there is a brain emoji yet 🤪.. Also did you know that one side of our heart is smaller than the other, so technically speaking ❤️ is invalid 🤣

This might be the most boring response to your question.

Heart has a long history of being popularly associated with passion, feeling, consciousness, and awareness in religion, literature, or love lyrics etc etc. Speaking on scientific terms, maybe it was so because long back there used to exist 'cardiocentric' model of human anatomy (as put forward by Aristoteles) where the heart was believed to be the true center of human intelligence and not brain (thus implying that awareness begins at heart and that too of a much higher level). In other words, your heart when energized, has the capacity to unify i.e. bring into a state of coherence all systems in your body (this includes not only all your organs but also intelligence's -physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).

And, as per the research being carried out in the field of nuerocardiology, it has been proved that we have a second brain in our chest and it works independent of our brain's cerebral cortex...
