Heya guys many people aren't happy with dev for ignoring his work n trying to spend time with sona but believe it or not, it so happens in actual life. Dev was workaholic and considered ruthless guy but the reason was not bcoz he never wanted to be a normal fun loving and emotionally stable being but bcoz he was never given any choice. He was overburdened with the responsibilities of his family. He was the chosen one to earn the bread and butter for the family. He never had friends, no toys nothing which shapes up our childhood n later reflects in our personality. From the very start Ishwari loves her son too much but what she is absolutely prudent is about his accomplishments. She is way too proud of what her son has achieved. She can't digest if her son ignores his work or gets lenient with it probably that was the reason she was skeptical about Natasha's proposal. She left the decision on to dev as the deal was way beyond important for dev. She was never happy or delighted with everything n from there onwards the story started.
Dev himself was so puzzled n clueless that he couldn't see through his mother's insecurities and dilemma.
Now after the confession the stage has been set for the actual story to unfold. Dev a kid in actual by heart couldn't control his emotions n without waiting further confessed his feelings after realisation.
As for Sona who say she is not the same fiesty Ms.Bose is the reason she was waiting for her love story to start. She has spent many sleepless nights dreaming Mr. Aubodhoro so for her this a very new phase where as said by her she is living in her fairytales. She would never want dev to face any crisis . She is just going with the flow. As for dev he feels his mother as usual would support all his decisions unaware of the insecurities n inner fears which Ishwari has.
Being workaholic doesn't mean dev can't enjoy this phase. A day leave or two is all OK. All his hard work won't go in drain in just a day or two. Even if he incurs any loss than he will learn from his mistakes. We all are beings who have a tendency to commit mistakes. No one is perfect n so is dev. He will also learn it the hard way but a roadblock is not an end of a journey but a beginning to a new adventure where u have no road maps or strategies to work upon.
Lastly Sona will be back with a bang when everything would be in black and white. As on day she is unable to contain her happiness n feelings. She is in the state of ecstasy n bliss. Later when Ishwari's character will unfold she would definitely stand by Dev. She would back him all the time. I have an intuition that she would strike a chord between dev n Ishwari. She is going to be the one to make Ishwari understand that if Dev is incomplete without her so is he without Sona. If one gave him birth n life to live the other gave meaning to his life. She made him feel the importance of being in love. The feeling of being the sole purpose of someone's existence. It is so blissful n beautiful to be someone's Centre of attraction. Let the love bloom to its fullest n deepest. Let some roadblocks to befall and we all will be privy to all the colors of love. A Beautiful tale where a mother would readily n whole heartedly bring in a daughter in law rather a life n soul partner for her son.
Sorry for a very long post n my rants.
