Dev mesmerized by Sona while a doing a very basic and casual act of washing her face. He always knew she was very pretty, but now in a simple dress sans any makeup, jewellery, he is just falling for her simplicity and inner beauty. She is like a ray of sunshine that brightens every day of his life.

And when he called her Sonakshi. 😳 She has waited for so long for him to call her by her name (since the accident) and now he has chosen a day before his engagement to call her Sonakshi..😭. If Sona had responded by calling him Dev, we would have seen similar surprised reaction from Dev. And thanks to Nats for pointing out that even though Dev and Sona are good friends, they still are not on first name basis.

Waiting to see what Dev will reply when Ishwari will ask him about the reason for being late for meeting.😆 will he lie again?

I think so , he will definitely lie about it to her. I loved his introspection after Natasha left from his office. He was quite puzzled and annoyed at himself.

Thank you so much for the lovely comments! Quick thoughts on some of your discussions. I think Dev will lie to Ishwari and the reason I say that is because there has to be a point where Dev begins to give a bit more importance to Sona for this tug of war to begin. I also think that up to this point, Dev hasn't been fully truthful to anyone, not even himself, about the place Sona has carved in his life. Also, in the SBS long drive segment, it's clear that Dev has no problem in lying about dropping Sona off. His interactions with her from now on will become a private part of his life as attempts to charm Sona into accepting his love. Looking forward to the moment of truth tonight! [:D/]
