Good observation.. this is forcing me think why would gujrals do this? The only thing that that comes to mind is that gujrals might be going bankrupt but no body knows about this and by merging with dev's company they want to secure natasha's future and their company. Yes guys that's why they did full study on dev and not wasting any time in anything. How clever.

Natasha is trying to be just like dev just to woo him. I m pretty sure soon we 'll get to see her other side which would be totally opposite of what she is currently portraying. but unfortunately our dev babu will be hurt.
