How many more episodes would it take Dr. Sonakshi to confess or would it be Dev realizing it and confessing before Sonakshi does?

After reading about today's SBS and SBB... Dev's realization should start towards the end of the week or next week. But confession will take a long time. It'll be a slow realization process.. Because it's about our child like innocent Dev babu.😳😳looking forward to the upcoming track... DevAkshi...😳😳

I guess dev is going to confess first. Because sona as we can see is losing all hope. She is parting ways. But soon dev realization process will start. He will be restless, Impatient and then confess! This will take some time.

After looking at the recent developments and spoilers on Dev-Natasha alliance, I think Sonakshi's parents might find a guy for him and looking at the fact that Sonakshi would get married to someone else, Dev might realize his feelings...

Jus my thought...what do you guys feel :)
