Dev doesnt have any feelings yet. Its more like even if Tina would have met with the accident he would have acted the same way. Thats his nature...But soon he will start missing her around in the home..her rude acts and chit chats..thats when he will start feeling and think may be he likes her or wants her in his life..

Or could be Sona feels Dev did all this bcos he loves her and she confesses before Dev realizing and might turn other way around of him rejecting...Wait and watch :)
