TOI: Krishnaben to get a makeover

From her traditional Gujarati sari look, Indira Krishnan who plays Krishnaben will switch over to a salwar kameez outfit.

The recently turned mother-in-law on small screen, Krishnaben Khakhrawala, will be seen in a different look soon. She'll be wearing a Salwar- Kameez outfit in an upcoming episode wherein her birthday will be celebrated. Her daughter-in-law, Bhumi, surprises her and plans to give her a makeover.

The makeover will comprise of a never ever seen look in which Krishnaben Khakrwala looks much younger. Moreover, by this her daughter-in-law feels that it is a much needed change for her Saasu-Maa.

Commenting on this, Indira Krishnan who plays Krishnaben Khakhrawala says, "It was a good gesture on Bhumi's part to gift me a Punjabi suit, something which I have never worn on the show. It was a good change and hopefully I will be seen in this avtar for a few more episodes to come".
