Recently, Reema Sen spoke about her role opposite Karthi in Aayirathil Oruvan. She said that she was able to anticipate that this film would take quite some time to make when Selvaraghavan narrated the story to her. ? prepared myself for the long-term dedication this film wuld require and then I signed the film,?says this dusky beauty. She added that this film has given her more scope to showcase her acting skills and also believes that it has brought out the best in her.

She dismissed Selvaraghavan? strictness on the sets as cheap and untrue gossip of Kollywood. ? was so comfortable working with him and he treats his actors as though they are his childhood friends; he is very compassionate. I will be glad to do more films with him in the future. Almost every actor in the industry wants to work with him,?clarified Reema.
