My theory:
Priyam is Rishabh and Ragini's child.
1)Ragini didn't die on the same day of Bhavani's flash back.The two separate FBs of Bhavani and Kalyani makes me think that.Those two FBs are from two different days/times.( Geetu was cremated dressed up as a bride,So must be Ragini)(Also Bhavani's clothes are also different in both FBs)
2)Ragini became insane after knowing from her father that Rishabh used her to take revenge and ditched her at the altar.She landed up in the asylum and died there.(This is the main reason why I think Abhi made this elaborate plan of driving Geetu insane and sent her to asylum than killing her in one go.)
3)Ragini must have been pregnant with Rishabh's child and delivered in the asylum,the baby sent to orphanage by Bhavani.
3)Either Bhavani is responsible for his daughter's death(directly) or she died during delivery which explains her grave in the asylum.(Based on Priyam's age,the year of death on her grave roughly coincides with Priyam's birth.).He holds Rishabh responsible for his daughter's fate and put the blame on Rishabh (Ek ka khoon ek ke sarr)
4)Abhi doesn't know the entire truth.He's still looking for answers.I believe them to be related to Ragini and Priyam.
5)Abhi's first doubt was why did Ratna try to kill Priyam,May be she knows that Priyam is Rishabh's child and wanted to kill the heir of Shekhari and Rathod families.
Ragini's grave in the asylum,Priyam's drawing,Abhimanyu adopting Priyam,the latter fearing to meet Bhavani and Bhavani lifting Priyam and praising him,saying that he too must be a Rajput for bravely implementing such a dangerous plan indicate that Priyam is not just any orphan Abhi picked up for his plan but in a way related to Shekhari and Rathod families
I'm still waiting to see Ragini-Rishab's entire past to unfold to get a clear idea.(particularly from Rishabh's side,who denies being responsible for Ragini's death at the same time doesn't strongly defend himself whenever people blame him)
There may be loopholes in this theory and I may be wrong but I just wanted to share it here.
