Rajveer got a legit reason to turn batshit crazy. He loved G from childhood and Abhi knew it and still went for G (assuming the plan was to trap G all along and Rajveer was just colleteral damage) and then he went gayab and she mourned him for 6 years.
I wonder where was Rajveer during Abhi's mrg to Gitu? As his friend, he must've known something about Abhi's intentions, especially after Abhi knew about Rajveer's crush. I would like to know RV's opinion of Abhi.

RV has been very patient till now. And beware the fury of a patient man. With the running away, that break even point has been reached. RV should get angry, very angry at Gitu. If not, then the possibility of him being negative is high. We need to watch out for his reaction now.

Mostly probably Abhi lied. but there was a lot of emphasis on his being Rajput, he even had a few heavy Rajput and Prithviraj dialogs. Choti Maa did pass some dialog about Abhi being a Rajput in the initial episode.
