/\ You've just said the most important thing - EVERYONE is allowed to post their opinions and views...so if you can post your view that this is "bashing", then surely others have the right to "nitpick" in a discussion that interests them, as long as it is not violating the rules of this forum or of general ettiquette. Obviously people know that the Bachchan's aren't going to come to us for advice - that's really not the issue. If people like/dislike a certain thing, then they have the freedom to express their views, whether you like it or not.

The only thing I have to say to you, Payalji, is that you're welcome to comment, as long as it is related to the topic and not your opinion of our comments. That is to be reserved for PMs.

And btw.. I never said we were "over it"... I said we were moving on. That still leaves free the option to come back and keep talking about it 😃

thats exactly what payal was doing. whats the difference here?

keep the gossiping on but make sure its healthy and clean and its ok if humours but not bad or evil.

There's no difference from my point of view. She is welcome to post her comments. But then so am I and so is Simtara and so is anyone else who wants to talk about this.

Frm wht I've heard, Ash has had a problem with rani ever since she was kicked out of Chalte Chalte (due to Sallu creating a ruckus on the sets) and Rani replaced her within no time. What upset Ash was tht she was not only dropped lik a hot potato for no fault of hers but she was being replaced by Rani. And Rani nvr bothered to inform Ash tht she was going to be doing CC...she didnt even bother to give Ash a courtesy call althgh they claimed to get along well back then. I suppose Ash felt let down by SRK n Rani.....

Contrast this to Veer Zaara, where ASh was supposed to play Zaara, but when Preity got the role instead, she made it a point to call up Ash and make sure she was fine with it.

I dont understand why every1 is bashing Ash--if Ash forced Abhi to keep Rani out of the guest list, then even Abhi ensured Hrithik wasnt invited to the wedding althgh Ash is good frens with him and acc to a recent article, was keen on inviting him. If Ash is insecure abt how good a couple Asbhi-Rani make, then isnt Abhi insecure of how good a couple Hrithik-Ash make?

I suppose these two balance each othr out in this way......truly made for each othr!

But why should Rani have to be the sacrificial goat in the CC drama? It was SRK's production and his decision and responsibility to inform Ash that she was being replaced. Doesn't matter who the actress was. If (IF) Ash is being sulky over the fact that Rani didn't call her....that's just being petty, isn't it? If we say that it's wrong for the Bachchan's to expect Hrithik/Sanjay Gadhvi to be the ones to inform them about that kiss, and Ash should have shouldered that responsibility, then surely in this case, it was SRK's call and not Rani's...

^^I'm just giving the reason as to why Ash hasnt been on good terms with Rani.....I really dont have much of an opinion on this, coz I'm neither an Ash or Rani fan. Frm wht I've heard, ash believed tht as a fren, rani shd've atleast told her tht she was doing CC....yes, it was SRK's prdocution and his responsibility to inform Ash, but maybe Ash felt tht Rani, as a fren, shd've atleast made a courtesy call, just lik how Preity did during VZ. Yes, 'professionally' speaking, it was Srk's job to inform ASh abt the replacement and Rani doesnt need to be made a part of this mess.

Dunno, maybe Ash is also peeved off, coz Rani bagged the SLB projects, who had been an Ash loyalist b4 the whole Salman drama.

As for the D2 kiss: Adi Chopra, had issued warnings to everybody to not discuss the kiss with ANYBODY....Hrithik felt it was his responsibility to ensure Sussanne was fine with it. If Ash didnt feel the same need to discuss intimate scens with her future hubby , then thts her problem! How were hrithik or Sanjay Gadhvi supposed to knw tht Ash didnt disucss it with Abhi?

Hmm, I suppose you could be right. Still, IMO, its a petty thing to be mad about on Ash's part.

About the kiss - I agree. It was only and only Ash's responsibility. Hrithik did the right thing by his wife - he is not to blame. Even Sanjay - he must have wanted to ensure that there were no leaks about the movie before its time. If Ash didn't tell Abhi about the kiss (or didn't want to, whatever) - then they should deal with it within the family, instead of placing the blame on others' shoulders...
