okay why mahi is not kicked out?

first they show that mahi got legal divorce from abhay. now she files a complaint that abhay married her still being married to kkusum. then how did she get legal divorce in court? now if she got the divorce then how come she is still in kapoor house? why is she not kicked out? why everyone is so scared of her😡😡?

i kno, i also find that very strange, if she really has no relationship with the kapoors anymore, then why is she still living in the same house, y doesnt abhay or all of them just kick her out, i mean its kinda dumb and strange thats she throwing all these parties for her friends even though she has no rishta with that house anymore and she hates everyone and no one likes her either, i mean y do they just sit there and watch mahi ruin their familys reputation and ruin their house??? y dont they have the courage to tell her GET OUT!! i mean its not her house, its abhays n he has every right over it, then y do they sit and watch like idiots and let mahi ruin everything😡

Hey guys I think because all the property is 50/50, and Mahi got the house (at least she thinks she is going to). I think Kkusum tore all the property that was transffered to her, so now it again officialy belongs to Abhay, which means 50% of it belongs to Mahi. This is as logical as I could be. As usaual Kekta does not care/ thought about all this😊.
