Kkusum and abhay never got divorced so techinically KKusum is his lawful wife not mahi. Remember when mahi "died" the police brought this up. And now they are saying mahi is his lawful wife. I mean come on people atleast read your own past scripts.

Yea, even if it's a drama ji at least try to make it real. Kkusum and Abhay never divorced and Kkusum was considered dead when Abhay had married Mahi. But then it was found Kkusum was alive, so Mahi does not have a legal status by the justice system ji. I 100% agree with you

actually indian law states that if ur spouse is considered dead for 7 years and they do not come back then u are legally seperated and have no relation of husband/wife with them. Since kkusum went away for 18 yrs abhay was technically free from her and was able to marry mahi. So mahi is abhay's LEGAL wife. 😕
