At Prison the lawyer tells kapil and lali that we have to wait till Monday till we can free abhay. Kkusum comes in and kapil + lali tell her not to worry we will do something. As kkusum is going towards abhay chalte chalte song goes on in the background and abhay smiles when he sees kkusum. Abhay sez kkusum u don't look good crying. Kkusum teels abhay I know how you are feeling it would have been better if I didn't appear. Abhay sez don't say that its good you are really good n im glad this happened so now u kno how mahi really is.abhay sayz dnt worry we will solve this prob. Kkusum goes.

Kumud is getin ready n tells kshitij drop me 2 papas place plz.sum1 rings kshitijs phone n tell hims police arrested abhay. Kumud is shocked. Kumud sez lets go u kno how mahi aunty is. kshitij sez we shud ring. Kumud sez u dnt want 2 come dnt come.she goes n leaves kshitij.

.kumud enters kapoor house n asks weres papa. Even aru chachi wlks off bt friends sey join us.aru goes ill be there inabit but aru chachi goes 2 sarla. The Jail Scene:

Garv comes to meet Abhay…. He says that he feels aweful that he has to go against Kkusum … He says that Kkusum is the one who helped him when he was in need and he respects her a lot…. Abhay says that Garv had to pretend to be against him and Kkusum to gain the trust of Mahi.

At the Kapoor House:

The whole family is standing…. Kapil says that the company shares are going down and they getting in trouble… Mahi enters the Kapoor house. She is on the phone with someone… Her conversation on the phone: "I'm sure I'm going to win the case… Oh, yeah, I'm going to be there at the party tomorrow." She keeps the phone and calls Ram Singh… She asks him to set up her dinner in her room today as no one else looks in a mood to eat tonight… The whole family seems to be really upset with her conversation.

In the meantime, Panditjee enters and Sarla goes to him. Mahi says " jab insanoo say kaam nahi bana tho bagwaan ko manaya ja raha hay" ( when people couldn't help, you are turning to God). The pooja starts… As the pooja is going on, Mahi turns the TV on… They are showing the news on TV that the Kapoor Industry shares are going on… The pooja keps going… We then see two people with garlands in their necks coming toward the Kapoor house… They show the pooja scene and them coming simultaneously. One of them is in a suit and the other in red shalwar kameez… Then the door opens and everybody look and are shocked to see Nakul and Kali… Mahi seems to be happy and ask them to take the blessings from the elders. She ask them to go to mummyjee first. Sarla moves back as Kali and Nakul try to seek her blessing… Lalit says that if Kali wanted to get married she could have told them and they would have arranged her wedding… Kali says now he can atleast give them his ashirwaad…. Lalit stops them and leaves from there…

Kkusum is standing in her room when Kali and Nakul come there… Kali says that Kkusum always claim Kali as her daughter so she should give them her blessings. Kkusum stops them and says that if she knew kali liked Nakul…. She does not say anything further as Nakul looks at her angrily… Nakul tells Kali that he will wait for her outside… Kkusum then says that she knows that Kali did this just to hurt her… Kali says that Kkusum and Kumud can never be happy for her… Kkusum says that she doesn't know when Kali would understand that she has always considered her as her own daughter… She says that she has always loved her and cared about her… she touches her head and leaves… Kali seems to be touched by her words…

The Court:

Abhay's lawyer does not show up so he asks the judge for permission to fight his own case… The judge gives him permission. Abhay asks Mahi to come to the witness box…

Abhay asks her if kkusum disappeared 20 years ago and they thought that she died in a train accident… Mahi says that she thought that Kkusum died in that accident but Abhay knew that she was alive all that time and he had relations with her. Abhay asks her she claims to be with him for 20 years but can she tell the court when they got married… mahi says in 2004. Abhay says that means it has just been one year although she has been living with him for 19 years without marriage. Abhay asks her if she knew what a women is called if she stays with a man for so long without being married to him…. Mahi shouts in anger… She says that she was there because of her daughter… Abhay asks her why she took 19 years to get married to him… Mahi gets really upset and wild and says that if Abhay had known that Kkusum was alive, then he would not have married her even after 19 years. Abhay asks the judge to note the point… Mahi looks really upset at what she had done. Judge gives the verdict in favor of Abhay.

Outside the Court:

Abhay and Kkusum are surrounded by reporters outside… Mahi gets into her car and leaves…

The Mandir:

Abhay and Kkusum go to the mandir to pray… Abhay fills kkusum's maang with sindoor… Chalte Chalte song in the background… They both look happy….

Preview for Tomorrow:

Mahi is pleading before the whole family… she is asking for forgiveness… She says she did not do all this on purpose (yeah, right)…. Abhay is not ready to forgive her.

• Kkusum & Abhay go 2 Ayes Place & Aye Givens them Prashad and then Abhay Takes Kkusum 2 Kapoor House.
• Every1 at Kapoor house are wiaitng for Abhay & Kkusum and they finally arrive.
• Every1 is happy even Aru chachi and Niki chachi n Niki chachi tells Kkusum we all want you to stay here and be the bahu of this house.
• Mahi then comes and starts her natak by cryin loadz bt abhay says no u cant stay i cnt stand u here.
• Aru chachi feels sorry for her n tells abhay mahi shud stay as she has no were else.Sarla also sez let her stay for 2/3 days so wot if shes done bad to us bt we cnt 2 bad to ne1.Sarla then sez forget mahi we have to cook dinner for kkusum 2nite and evry1 is happy except mahi hus just walked up de stairs.
• Kkusum is sortin the sabzi out and Aru Chachi comes. Kkusum sez i can ur very happy is Tania is comin. they both hav a convo bout daughters etc n den Aru chachi sez can Tania have kumuds room? Kkusum sez yer sure u dnt need permission.
• Kkusum goes 2 Kumud room which was also Sohans after Kumud left and Kkusum looks at Sohan Pic n gets upset. Nikita Chachi comes n Kkusum tells aru chachi wanted 2 clear this room for Tania.Nikita sez Kkusum we cant clear this room as i go in there for sohans memories. Kkusum sez chachi i understand well clear another room for Tania/.Mahi overhears the whole convo n has evil toughts.
• Mahi goes 2 Aru Chachis room n shit stirs bout kkusum sayin Kkusum went and told Niki chachi bout Tania comin and now Niki chachi doesnt want Tania to stay in Sohans room. Mahi then tells Aru chachi that if it was Kalis room i would of given it 2 Tania bt some mothers like Kkusum always want to have control over her daughers stuff.Aru chachi gets into Mahis sayin and goes 2 Kkusum bout it.
• Kkusum tells Aru Chachi im sorry but Tania cant hav Sohans room as Niki chachi goes 2 that room for memories n well organise another room for Tania.Aru chachi tells kkusum i kno u told Niki chachi on purpose.Niki comes n says im sorry but i cant clear that room. Aru chachi sez Tania is the daugher of this house n shell stay newhere she wants.

Mahi say this middle class ladies this is the problem they think this is their right how she used nikita and did not give kumud's room to U as she will take all property get us out. as abhay hears what mahi saying we will be out. abhay says I will not let u remain in this house 1moment also. Aru chachi says we were just talking to mahi u don't have right to insult mahi. abhay says even tell mahi she cant remain here as aru stops him. Abhay says no one come in between me. mahi says abhay listen to me, abhay says nopardon for u, U get out from here u cant stay here I said get out! abhay shouts. Mahi goes as aru holds her. We cant call anyone as my beti coming no one is ready to give room we were talking about this u threw her out. abhay says we got room u want which room. Aru says I know but I know all rooms are open for U, not for us. As your dad did this. For u all rooms can open but my beti is coming but no room for her.aru chachi says who is Tanya for u as she is my daughter. abhay says why u are talking like that says u know chachi what tanya is for me I treated her like my betis kumud & kali. tell me u want which room. I want place in this kapoor house not in any room. I don't want one name in every room. As rooms are divided with different names it is division of house. Mom why u feel why kk will have difference as she brought us together. As what all she did when she was here. She solved our problem I came for that mom. I can sleep in corridor also if u stay in happily & together. Please make room in heart if u feel if are separate I will stay in hotel. Abhay says listen to me open the door. As she lights matchstick abhay breaks open the door. And slaps her. Mhai faints falls on ground. Doctor checks abhay doc says Mr abhay Kapoor she got some shock I will give medicines u call me if u need. aru says poor mahi. abhay says she is doing drama. Aru cays don't say that what she is going thro. I know she created problems why she did that abhay as she did this as she loves u. Sarla kkusum listens she loves u sarla says if she loves she will thinks abhay and about family's respect. it is madness not love as mahi listens sarla this is the difference between mahi & kkusum so we are with kkusum all parivar is with kkuusm and mahi is alone. Aru says I was saying…. sarla says don't take her side take the side of person who stood by us and or bahu as mahi is here for some days till she become ok she got what she wanted she can stay happily anywhere she likes. Sarla says lets go kkusum as kapil lali go aru stays back with mahi. Mahi sees at aru. Abhay calls kkusum says call me if any problems arise is there till mahi is there I cant be at peace as abhay is going to office nakul & kali coesm in kali says me and nakul as they take blessing abhay goes back does not bless kkusum feels bad. Kk looks at them. Kali says I know u will not accept but how long to wait we don't have time at least I thought u will bless me and nakul. Abhay says u did not tell us so why U want blessing now. Kali says u did not like what I wanted. Ahhay says a father wants happiness for his daughter does not weant top know what beti wishes. Did u think if u will be happy with nakul. U made me cry at heart not with tears. Kali says papa but u loved the most but since kumud & kkusum came u don't care about me. I became an outsider. Abhay says this is your wrong impression I cant help it.as kali talks further bad about kkusum abhay says kkusum tell Kali to go. Kk says bless her. Abhay says but kkuusm she hates u. kkusum says as she does not think I am her mother it is ok if she hates me. but she came to u always when she made mistake. kkuusm tells abhay she loves u bless her. What if she will noit have rist with me as she does not think me as me her mom. She came to u to whenever she did mistake. Don't show yourself as wrong father by not blessing her. Abhay says god bless u as kali say lets go nakul. abhay calls them back says nakul from today it is your duty if u make my daughter cry once also then I will not spare u. kali hugs abhay as abhay is happy kk nods head. As abhay looks at her. Abhay says kali I want u to be happy always. Kali looks at nakul they both go to kkuusm as kali hugs kkusum. Aryman gets phone call as kkusum says we are coming to your house for shagoon aryman is happy.

Kkusum is shown praying… Sarla asks Arundati if she kept everything in its place… Arundati says she did…. All the ladies are dressed in red Sarees… Sarla takes aarti… Kkusum informs her that everything has been kept in the car… Sarla says that she will bring the prasad… Arundati does not take aarti from kkusum… kkusum feels bad… Kkusum then goes to call Nitica and then they all leave…

Charvachauth Celebrations are going on near a river… Kumud is crying… Sarla asks her why she is crying… Kumud just goes away from there…. Sarla informs kkusum that kumud looked upset and she was crying…. Kkusum goes to Kumud and asks her if she had a fight with Kshitij… Kumud says that nothing happened and that she will be there in a little bit… Kkusum says that she will talk to Kshitij… At the same time Kshitij comes there… Kkusum tells Kumud that she was just upset that Kshitij won't show up but now her 'chand' is there… she asks Kshitij not make her daughter cry… Kshitij and Kumud leave… Kkusum stays there to wait for her 'chand' to come…

Arundati tells Sarla how hungry she is… Nitika says that Aru is hungry today since she has to fast but does not get hungry when she goes on a diet… Sarla asks her not to tease Aru… Kumud and Kshitij come there and take blessings from Sarla… Sarla says that she knows Kumud was upset because Kshitij wasn't there….

They show everyone from the Kapoor and the Oberoi family… They all see the moon… all the men make their wife drink water… Abhay comes late… Sarla is upset with him… She asks him to go to Kkusum as she is waiting for him… Abhay looks at Kkusum as she goes and sits near the river… Abhay asks her why she is sitting there… Abhay says that he is sorry that he is late… He says that now he will live long as Kkusum is fasting for him… kkusum says that his life is her hands… Abhay asks her if she prayed enough for him that he will live the next seven lives... Kkusum says that he doesn't know how much more she has asked for… kkusum puts tikka on abhay's forehead and does the charva chuth rituals… Abhay looks shocked at Kkusum as he feels blood in his chest… Abhay falls in the river holding kkusum's hand… kkusum let go of him and says 'take care, abhay'…. Kkusum laughs as Abhay is shown drowning…They show that kkusum hands are covered with blood and she has a gun in her hand… kkusum says that she told him that his life is her hand… kkusum hides the gun under her saree…

Arundati is talking to the other family members… she says that she thinks there is some trouble… she says she saw one man falling in the river… kkusum comes smiling… They show Abhay being saved by some diver... One man comes there and says it is Abhay who had fallen… Everyone is shocked… Kkusum does not seem bothered at all… She blows of the aarti lamp she had in her hand….

Sarla is very upset… Nitin tells her that the doctors are treating Abhay… kkusum is shown crying… Kumud hugs Kkusum…. The police says that someone tried to kill Abhay and asks if they have any doubts on anyone… lali says that only Abhay can tell what happened… Doctor comes there and says that Abhay has gained consciousness now and they can meet him. Kkusum is shocked… Nitin asks Abhay who did this… Abhay points toward kkusum… everyone is shocked… Police asks Abhay if he is sure Kkusum did it… kkusum comes back into her senses as she was just imagining it…

Kkusum says that nothing can happen to abhay… Police asks her if she has doubts on anyone and where was she when all this happened… kkusum says that she was searching for Abhay… Sarla asks police to not question kkusum at the time since she is tensed… Kkusum says that she would have done something if she was around… Police asks if Abhay fought with anyone… Sarla says that small things happen in every household… Police asks if Abhay tried to commit suicide… Lali says that he wouldn't do that… Nitika says that Aru cause tension … Aru says that Nitika made a big deal about the room… Nitika says that Aru sided with Mahi… Aru says that Mahi is responsible as Abhay was tensed because of her… Tanya asks her mom to keep quiet… Sarla asks everyone to be quiet… She asks them to pray instead of fighting… Kkusum smiles and thinks to herself that only God can save him… Kkusum goes from there… She thinks that she shot Abhay in the chest and so there is no chance of him surviving…
