Abhay runs out stops kkusum on gate, kkuusm touches asks sees he got fever asks abhay u r ok na. kk says I was worried as kali did not let me atalk to when I rang up. Abhay asks u came all the way here kkusum says with to do abhay says u are still thinking of the garland broke don't woory see I am ok. kkusum says u are ok u take care I am going. Abhay stops kkusum says I wont let u go like this, come with me. abhay takes kkusum brings her inside kapoor hjosue where mahi & kali are waiting. Abhay asks what u said that kkusum deshmukh cant come here she has no right. abhay says U forgot she ahs got all the rights. .mahi says how can she rights as u brought me as your wife. Abhay says u have no right on this house not on me too, how many tiems should I hear u are my wife. When we don't have relation how can u call u as my wife. what u a re talking papa kali says she is your legal wife she got all the rights. And can ask for all her rights sarla shouts what happened to u all. Mahi says mummyji not anyone only your son's head is spoiled just see for this lady he is letting out family down. Abhay says no one can change my decision. mahi says u have to change as u have relation with me I wont let any other woman come in your life. Mahi says abhay I am your wife what is it stops u from accepting it. abhay says as u have not lived upto my expectation. A wife should show she has faith in her husband, u hid all the truths from me. u cheated me, try to snatch kkk from me. mahi says i have your sindhoor on my head so I am your wife. . Kkusum aru see mahi. Abhay takes kkusum near mandir . Abhay goes to ganesh takes the kumkum. saral aru kapil see. Abhya looks at mahi puts sindoor on kkusums' head. Mahi goes and throws the plate kumkum falls on abhay & kkusum. Sindhoor falls on kumsum's head. Abhay sees mahi & kali see too. Kksuum is happy abhay too. Abhay says u saw mahi god gave his decision. This right is kkusum's she gave her right to u. I respected her decision & married U. u did not understand me. mahi says u accepted me with majboori u only loved kkusum. Mahi says kkusum if u had to snatch then why U made me marry abhay. Kk says mahi U forced me to do all this do u know do u know what all u did. u even tried to. mahi if I knew u were like this kind of woman I would not have let u in abhay's life. Mahi says then why u came back but I love abhay so much, just mind I will not let him take away form me. sarla abhay angry.mahi says kkusum He will never be yours. Sarla shouts what tamasha. Mahi says tamasha she is doing she has go away from anbhay's lfie this lady will be out. I will see to it. Mahi goes as abhay sees, kali says u are not doing ok with mama. Abhay I am doing right Kali says when this lady came all our happiness went away. she never let us live in peace now she snatching the house , Kali tells kkusum go away. Kali says go away sarla shouts at kali don't talk when elders are talking go to your room. Kkusum abhay looks at each other kkusum goes. As sarla tells abhay to go behind her. Abhay takes kkusum home in car as kk thinkss what kali said that all got spoiled after this lady came. Abhay stops the car as kk is not talking. kk gets down as abhay is quite. Abhay asks why u are upset kk says what kali said is right problems started cause I came. As I am taking her happiness I cant do that as I loved u, u are everything to me I cant make happy myself making others sad. Kkuusm says I will go away from u abhay for their happiness. Abhay says u want to go back na then ok abhay starts the car. kkusum sits in car they show song pyar humko bhi hain… kkusum crying. Abyhay takes her in car go kkuusm your house has come, kk tries to get down abhay says don't come back don't show me the dreams u showed me I lived for u , nowI will live with your memory u know how much I long for u. it will be like that u know how much I love u how can I live without u for whom u will live when u know u love me . kksuum says I know abhay how much u love me I know u cant live without me. I cant put your family in trouble as mahi can do any harm for them please try to understand abhay says don't worry about mahi. she did what she wanted to. Now U believe in me. kkusdum hugs abhay ayee sees from her house happily. Kali says what happened today kk is responsible mom why u are crying I cant see u crying don't cry nothing spoiled mahi says u saw how she sides her she came and my life is gone kkusum is everything for him. I lost abhay kali. Now I cant say I wont let kkusum come, kali says we can still do something we can change papa. Kkusum tells ayee u know abhay put kumkum in my sindhoor never bothered about anybody. But ayee I get scared to stand with him as I get scared it is my right why I bother about others aye abhay loves me so much he will not leave me at any cost. Kkusum says I too will not leave abhay. aye says u always thought about others u are doing right to think about you. Kkusum says u are right aye, now I will fight I will not leave abhay. mahi sees kkusum working in office. kkuusm says arey mahiji what a surprise u took trouble since I went now I am back. Mahi says who let u in my cabin get out from here this is my cabin. Kkusum says kamal hain my cabin and u are asking me to get out. it happens may be u liked this seat but what U liked always cannot be yours. Mahi says what u lost u think it is yours like abhay, cabin.kkusum says I showed u the mirror even u are livings with this false believe that abhay is yours this cabin is yours but u don't have anything mahi. Mahi says kkusum! Kk says don't shout in my cabin u ask abhay why I came in my cabin door is there mahi looks anger kk says please go ahead. Mahi goes in thinks abhay saying when we don't have relation what rista u are talking about, kumkum falling on kkusum's head. kk telling what u like cannot be yours mahi u don't have anything. Mahi says kkusum is very chalak she has taken abhay in her hands, just see her daring she threw me out my cabin. But kkusum mind not more days kkusum I will throw u out of cabin & office too. just wait and see mahi what to do I should something. If I throw her out Abbay will go away then. No kkusum I will fight kkusum mahi thinks.

To mahi putting mangalsutra & dressing up, abhay says why this natak why U are doing this as we don't have any relation. mahi says u broke the rista but for people I am your wife. End

Kkusum dated July 11th--- EDITED VERSION

Kkusum is working when abhay calls her… he says that he is happy that kkusum joined the office. kk says she's happy too. abhay then tells her that there is one good news for her but he'll only tell her over dinner. Kkusum says that this is a good excuse to take her out for dinner. He says that he does have some very good news for her.

At Kapoor house, Mahi is getting ready… abhay does not like that and says why does she want to celebrate when there is no relation between them. Mahi says that it is him who finished their relation and not her… Mahi starts to shed crocodile tears and asks abhay to atleast celebrate this one day with her. Mahi smiles wickedly as Abhay leaves the room. Sarla asks Abhay to attend the party for the family's sake as it would be a shame otherwise as they invited so many people over.

At Kshitij's place, Kumud refuses to go to the party… Dadi kind of forces her and says that Abhay might want to celebrate the happiness in Kapoor house… Aryaman agrees with her and says that Abhay wants to get rid of the tension… Kshtij also agrees. Kumud leaves with Kshitij…. Dadi gives a wicked smile and says that once Kumud reaches the Kapoor house, she will find out the truth.

At kapoor house, the party is going on…. Abhay comes down with Mahi… Abhay is not too pleased as mahi is holding Abhay's hand. Mahi comes to Sarla and touches her feet… Mahi asks Sarla to bless her and abhay that they stay together forever. Sarla wishes that they be happy. The guests wish Abhay and Mahi… Abhay is not very pleased… He thinks of calling Kkusum. Dadi, Aryaman, kumud, and kshtij arrive at the party. Kali sees them and taunts kumud that it is good that she came to her mom and dad's anniversary and they would be happy that their beti and damad came. Kumud tells kshitj that this is all a game played by kali. Kshij says that they are members of this family. Kali and Kumud start to argue… Kshitj tries to stop Kumud as people are watching them. Kumud says that she is insulting her and leaves from there. Aryaman sees Kumud leaving. Kali says sorry to Kshitij. Kshitij just leaves from there. Kali thinks to herself that she will make Kumud and her mom beg in front of them. Kali thanks dadi for bringing kumud to the party. Dadi says that they are partners in this so she does not need to say thanks.

Kkusum calls abhay… but his cell phone is in Mahi's hand. She cuts the call and Kkusum wonders why abhay did not take her call. Kali tells mahi that she looks great and that she wants to see her like this forever. Abhay who still looks annoyed asks Mahi if her party was over or not as he has to leave. Mahi says that they still have to cut the cake… They go to cut the cake. Kkusum reaches kapoor house at the same time and is shocked to see Mahi and Abhay cutting the cake. Kali sees Kkusum crying and goes to her… Kkusum is about to leave when kali stops her and asks her why she was leaving without wishing her parents on their anniversary. Kai says that she and her mom will not let her enter Abhay's life.

Mahi asks abhay to dance but he refuses… Mahi says that this might be her last chance and so Abhay goes to the dance floor with her. Kkusum cries as she see them dancing….Chalte Chalte song going on in the background… Kali look happy as she sees them. Abhay is looking up as mahi looks at him. Kkusum is crying kali sees her crying… mahi leans on abhay. Kali looks at Kkusum and says that she should be leaving now… kkusum starts to leve when Abhay spots her… He goes after her. Abhay notices that his cell id has been exchanged. He asks Mahi about it and she gives him his cell and says that the cell phone might have been exchanged by mistake. Mahi thinks to herself that she did it on purpose.

Abhay goes to ayee's house and says sorry to Kkusum.. He tells her that Mahi arranges the party and he satyed ther only for his family's sake. Kksum says that she was sorry she took him wrong when she saw him with Mahi. Abhay then tells her that their new showroom is opening in Ahmedabad tomorrow and they have to go there. Kkusum asks abhay how they can go together as his family might not like it and might take them wrong and that mahi would never let this happen. Abhay asks her not to worry about them. Abhay tells her that they will leave by 7 in the morning.

Later, Abhay & kkusum go to the showroom. There, journalists gather around them and ask if they are opening another showroom of Kanak jewelers. They ask him who would he give credit for this…. Abhay tells them that her would give cresit to one great women in his work and it is the result of her dedication and hard work…. The journalists ask him if he is talking about Kkusum Deshmukh. He says yes and leaves from there. Kkusum seems a bit upset… abhay asks her if she is not happy? She says she is happy but is worried at the same time that this happiness might be short lived.Abhay tells her that there is still one more surprise for her… he asks her to come and see it for herself. They show the fashion show and then there is announcement about another collection of kanak jewelers and then Abhay and Kkusum are shown. They enter and sit in front of the models. Abhay asks Kkusum if she is happy… he says that he wants her to meet someone… he leaves her there saying that he will be back. He leaves and then Kkusum gets a call… she takes the call and says "what?"…. the episode ends on her shocked face.

Kali informs Mahi that Abhay has gone to Ahmedabad and he is opening a new showroom for Kanak Jewellers. She complains that neither Mahi nor she herself knew about it, even though she is also involved with the project. Kali blames Kkusum for all this and says that first she took Abhay away from them and also took all the credit for work. Kali leaves…. Mahi thinks to herself that no one will take Kali's right as long as she is there and she will make sure that the jewellery section stays with them.

The fashion show is going on in Ahmedabad… Abhay does not find Kkusum there… He gets a message from KKusum that she is sorry as she had to go somewhere urgently. Abhay is upset… he tries calling kkusum… he goes to his room and thinks why kkusum is not picking up the phone. Just then, Mahi comes in with some papers in her hand. Mahi tells Abhay that she is not there to come in between kkusum and him but only came there for his sake so that she could hand him the file that kkusum left behind… if she wouldn't have brought it then he would have lost an important deal.

Abhay tells Mahi that Kkusum must have gone as Simi is sick…. Mahi taunts saying that she is only concerned about others and not about you losing such an important deal. She says that she is his wife and is concerned about him. Abhay asks her to stop this nonsense… Mahi says that this is not nonsense… Kksum is doing good by attending the child.. she has become her mom today and tomorrow she might become….. Abhay interrupts her and asks her to stop as she always thinks negatively about others and that is the reason she has nothing in life. Abhay leaves and Mahi thinks to herself that Abahy will not only stay with her all her life but also for the next seven lives.

Abhay sees Kkusum playing with Simi… He looks a bit upset. Kkusum is happy to see him but then sees Mahi behind him. Abhinav tells Abhay that he had to call Kkusum as Simi was really sick. Mahi says that they were concerned about the kid too and tha's why they came here from ahmedabad. Mahi tells them that the show was very successful and they got the deal too. Abhay leaves telling Kkusum that he will wait for her outside. Mahi asks Kkusum to look after Simi as she is there with Abhay and she will take care of him. Mahi leaves… Abhinav feels guilty and says sorry to kkusum for calling her. Kkusum asks him to not worry about her and leaves from there.

Mahi tries to poison Abhay against Kkusum… She asks him if he doesn't feel that Abhinav needs kkusum more than Simi as simi did not look very sick… She says she feels that Abhinav wants to be near kkusum. Abhay tells Mahi that is she thinks he is listening to her, then she is wrong. Abhay says he knows Kkusum is concerned about everybody including mahi but she doesn't remember anything. Mahi gets upset and says that this time he got the deal because of her but this might not happen every time. Abhay tells her that he can sacrifice ten such deals for kkusum. Kksum hears all this… she says that she put abhay through this trouble but abhay says that is ok and asks her to come with him.

At Aryaman's place, dadi tells aryaman that she met the pandit and he asked her to keep jagrata (guys, I have no idea what this is or how it is spelled). She says that she wanted kali and Nakul to get married but somebody's evil eye fell on them… She looks at Kumud while saying this. Aryaman wonders if this is still possible… Dadi says that Kumud and Kshitij can arrange it and asks Kumud to call them. Kshitij leaves and Aryaman looks upset. Kumud comes to Kshitij and asks him if he would take part in the jagrata…. She says that dadi will invite Kali and Mahi too. Kshitij asks Kumud not to do anything for which they might have to be ashamed later. Kumus says that she had no idea that he thought about her in that way. Aryaman hears their conversation. He asks Kshtij why are they creating tension amongst themselves….. He tells them that small problems can lead to big misunderstandings and can break their relation. He asks him to try and understand if Kumud makes a mistake and also accept your own mistakes.

At Ayee's house, kksum is praying and is about to leave for work when Kumud comes there and asks for Ayee. Kksum asks her if she has any problems… kumud tells her that she came to invite them for jagrata… Kksum says that she can tell that kumud is hiding something from her. Kumud tells her the whole story…and says that Kali insulted her but she is held responsible for everything. Kksum tries to explain that such problems arise but she should not lose patience. She asks her to keep hope as Kshitij will understand her. Kumud feels better to talk to her.

Kali is looking at different dresses… She gets upset and shouts at Monica since she doesn't like the dresses. Kksum comes there and tell kali that if the dresses were bright and prominent, then no one would look at their jewelry and that they are dealing with jeweler here and not dresses. Kali leaves as Kksum follows her. Kali asks her if she is happy to have insulted her in front of everybody. Kali reminds her that the jewelry section is her and she cannot tolerate anyone's interference, especially her's. Kksum says that she does not understand who brainwashed her because until yesterday she was happy working with her… Kali says she was wrong in believing her. Kksum tells her that whatever she is doing is wrong. She says that she considers her like her own daughter, Kumud. Kani comes there and says that Kali is only my daughter and Kksum took advantage of her by cheating her…. Mahi says that she will not let Kksum snatch her jewelry section…. She says that along with her daughter Kumud , she tried to take away Kali's right. Kksum says that they never did anything… Kali says that she is commiting a sin by trying to break a family… Kksum asks her to ask Mahi who is the one trying to break the family… she says that mahi cannot even tell her daughter what all she did during her life. Kksum just leaves from there.

At Kapoor house, Mahi is getting ready and asks Abhay if he is going to Aryaman;s house for jagrata.. she says she wants to know so that she can come with him as his wife. Abhay says that is she thinks she is wife she can keep thinking but if she thinks that he will take her with him as his wife, then she is wrong. Abhay says he will say this in front of everybody when the time comes.... The episode ends here.

At Aryaman's place, jagrata is going on… Evreybody is tying bands on their heads when Kshitij comes to Kumud and says that he will help her but Kumud refuses. He says that that she seems really angry and he needs to do something to make up with her. Kapil and Sarla arrive for the pooja and Aryaman asks them where Abhay is… Sarla says he should be there in a little bit. Dadi sees Arundati and asks her if she was there for the pooja or a wedding since she is wearing so much jewelry. Arundati says that she doesn't get to wear it often. Kumud serves drinks. Kali puts her drink back as Mahi looks at her… Kali just smiles back. Kumud leaves and Kshitij goes behind her… He hugs her and says that that he is sorry… Kumud also says sorry to him. He then tells Kumud that she looks beautiful today… Kumud reminds him that pooja is going on and someone might see them like that… Just at that moment, aryaman comes there and asks what is going on there. Kshitj tells him that he was just helping Kumud. Aryaman asks about nakul and Kshitij goes to wake him up… He asks Nakul to come down for pooja in 2 minutes. Nakul falls asleep again when Kshitij leaves.

Aryaman receives Abhay and asks him why he is so late. Abhay tells him that he had some work..... Abhay prays and then goes and sit far from Mahi. Kali gets angry and leaves from there. Nakul sees her and pulls her in… Kali asks him to leave her… Nakul says that she knows how much he loves her and misses her. Kumud sees them and ask Kali to come down as nakul is misbehaving with her. Kali says that it is because of her that she is not married to Nakul yet and who told her that Nakul was misbehaving with her. Kumus says that it is useless trying to talk to her. Nakul hugs Kali… Kumud leaves. Nakul says he can't understand these girls… Someone calls them for arti.

Kksum comes to the pooja too… she ties the band as Sarla looks at her. Aryaman asks abhay to do the arti.. Mahi gets up to go with Abhay but Abhay takes kkusum with him. Dadi tells Abhay that only husband and wife can do the arti together and he should not insult the rituals. Abhay says that he is not doing anything wrong. Abhay and Kkusum pray. Mahi looks at them in anger.

At the Kapoor house, Mahi comes down to talk to Abhay. She says that until now their differences were in this house but today he took them in public… She says she is not going to leave this house so easily. Kali, Sarla, Lalit and all are also present there…. Mahi says that she will see how Kkusum Deshmukh enters this house. Abhay says that it doesn't matter is she signs the divorce papaers or not as he has already accepted Kkusum as his wife… He says that Mahi cannot do anything about it. Kali asks Sarla why is not saying anything as Mahi is the bahu of this house. Sarla says that she cannot say anything now as mahi created so many problems already. Kali is upset and aks why no one talks to her as everybody leaves from there. Only Arundati is left standing there with kali and Mahi.

Arayaman is at Ayee's house talking to Kkusum.He asks Kkusum why she did not tell him about all this. Kksum says that it was a miracle or her luck that Ayee took her in and she then met Abhay. Aryaman says that she was the one who gor Abhay and Mahi married and how could Mahi do this to her. Kkusum says that she feels sorry that she gave her happiness for such a woman. Aryaman says he never thought Mahi could do this but it's good that abhay and kkusum came together as abhay is aware of mahi's personality now. Kksum says she is worried if Abhay will go away from him again. Abhay comes there and says that they will not go away from each other now and everything that happens from now on will happen for good.

Mahi is sleeping… she gets up and hears the pooja going on. She then sees Kksum doing the pooja… She comes downstairs and asks Kksum how dare she entered Kapoor house. Kksum gives Mahi the arti… Mahi again asks her how she came there as it is her house…. Kksum goes inside… Mahi aks her why she is not answering her and that she is talking to her… Abhay comes and takes the arti from Mahi.. Mahi asks him what Kkusum is doing there… abhay says that he has given her place to Kkusum now. Mahi says how can he do this when she is still there. Abhay leaves as Mahi is just left calling him. Kksuum looks at Mahi as she leaves. Kali tells Kkusum that no one can take her mom's place in that house and how dare she entered the house. Kkusum says that she cannot just say whatever she wants just because she herself is quiet. She says that she kept quite just because Kali is a kid…. But now she feels she was wrong. Kksum says that Abhay has brought her here forever now. Kksum leaves from there. Kali asks Sarla if she was also on Kkusum's side. Saral says that whatever Abhay did is right and it all happened because of Mahi and Kali also knows everything about it. Kali thinks to herself that she will see how Kkusum stays in this house. Abhay is packing all his clothes when Kali comes there and asks him what he is doing… Abhay says that he has no relation whatsoever with her mom anymore so he is moving from that room. She says that she is there with him because of her mom and where will she go if he breaks the relationship with her mom… she saya she doesn't know if she can call her papa… Kali cries as Abhay looks at her. Abahy says that he will always be her papa and nobody can kick her out of this house. He tells her that he cannot stay with her mom anymore and he leaves the room with his clothes. Kali cries and the episode ends there…..

Kkusum is serving tea when Arundati Chachi asks her why she is doing this work as there are servants present to do everthing… kksum says that she likes doing it. In the meantime, Arudanti gets a call… she does not answer it and waits for kkusum to leave. She takes the call once Kkusum leaves… the man on the phone says that he is waiting for her outside. Aru says that you can't be seen around my house nor can I come and talk to you… The man threatens her and says that if she doesn't come out, then he will have to come inside because he needs money that she owes her. Kkusum sees her leaving and thinks where she is going… Aru meets the man outside… Aru does not have the money… she says she cannot arrange 75 lakhs so fast… the man says that she should have thought about it when she lost money in gambling… He says that she can afford the money since she is a member of the kapoor family. If not then he will go to Abhay Kapoor and demand the money from him. Kksum is listening to the conversation and wonders how Aru will be able to arrange such a huge amount by tonight… She thinks she should help Aru… She thinks that Abhay already has so many problems so she should not worry him anymore by telling all this…

Abhinav comes to see Abhay… He says that the doctor told him that Simi's treatment is possible in London… He says that he came to thank Kkusum. Abhay offers him some money but he refuses saying that he has already arranged the money. Then there is a sweet conversation between Abhay and Simi where Simi asks him if he would give her chocolate if she gets well and abhay asks her to give him a kiss first.

They show the mysterious man again… He says that Aru needs to give him the money or else he will have to take some actions to get it. Kksum comes and gives the guy the money. Aru tells her that they were really bad people.. they could have done anything. Kksum says I did it for our family.. Aru asks her not to tell anyone in the family. Kksum wonders how she can hide where she spent 75 lakhs…

Abhay comes home and asks kksum for tea.. He tells her that Abhinav and Simi came to the office and that he is taking Simi to London for the treatment. He says that he offered him some money but he had already arranged it. Kali says that he can definitely arrange money when he has so many well-wishers in our own house. She says that kkusum gave him the money and she has proof for that…. She says the proof is in this file that she withdraw 75 lakhs… she says she wants to see what action Abhay will take against Kksum. Abhay says that I withdrew this money but Kali is not ready to believe this. Abhay leaves… kali tells kkusum that the day people will know what you are doing, you will have to pay for it….

Kksum is tensed…. She goes to Abhay and says sorry to him. Abhay says that he does not mind that she took the money but she should have atleast told him about it. Kksum says that she cannot tell where the money went… Abhay says that what could it be that you can't tell me.. kksum does not say anything… Abhay leaves. Kkusum thinks how can she say that it was for Aru chachi.

Kali is talking to Mahi… She says that kkusum might use more money as papa is defending her. Mahi says that they have to do something about it.

Kkusum gets a call from Abhinav… He says that he went to the office but could not meet her. Abhay comes there and sees Kkusum talking to abhinav. Kksum says that Abahy told him that he arranged the money… Abhinav says that Abhay is a nice man, he offered him money… He says that she is lucky to have a husband like him. Kksum asks him to let them know if he need anything… also keep them informaed about simi. As kkusum turns around, she sees Abhay.. Abhay says so she she did not give money to Abhinav. Kksum thinks she knows who is creating all this misunderstanding and that she will not spare them.

Kali says that she confirmed that Kksum took out the money… She says that she will complain it to the police. Mahi tells her that she is right… She says that ever since Abhay brought Kkusum in this house, she is being going through a lot. Kali tries to call the police when Abhay takes the phone from her. He says that now he knows who's behind all this. Kali says that kkusum is the one playing games… Abhay tells Mahi that he made a mistake in believing her and that he is going to divorce her now. He says that he will see how she doesn't sign the divorce papers. Kksum goes to Abhay and says that it is not Kali's fault and that she was the one who had withdrawn the money. Aru comes there and so kkusum does not say anything further. Abhay just leaves from there. Aru tells kksum that she saved her today… Kkusum says that I don't know what to do as Abhay was shouting at kali… she says that she doesn't know if she can hide it any longer… Aru starts to cry…Kali comes to kkusum and asks her if she is happy now as her game has been successful. Kksum says that she knows kali is innocent but she can't say anything… Kali says that it is because of you that Abhay is blaming her and her parents are separated. Kkusum says she doesn't know how to tell her that she considers her as her own daughter. Mahi shouts at kksum and asks her to stop saying that she is her daughter… She says that they won't get into kkusum's trap anymore. Kksum says that she always consider kali as her daughter… Mahi asks her then why is she not telling abhay what she did with the money… Mahi and Kali leave… Kksum is left wondering what to do…

Sarla is talking to Abhay… She asks him if the matter cannot be solved at home instead of going to the court. Kkusum comes there…. Abhay asks her why is so tensed… He says he doesn't want to do anything that will cause unhappiness to the family… he says after what Mahi did either you or Mahi can stay in this house… Kksum says I want the whole family besides you… Abhay asks her to have faith in him… everything will be fine once the case is over. Abhay says that they have to go to the court…

In the court room, the judge asks if both abhay and Mahi are ready for the divorce… he asks Mahi where her lawyer is… Mahi says that he will be there soon… the judge says he will wait for another 2 minutes. Kali asks mahi where the lawyer is and says that she asked her to get a good lawyer…. Abhay looks upset…. As the judge says "now the court is…..", Garv enters the court and says "1 minute…"…. Mahi smiles and Abhay just looks at him.

Garv enters the court and announces that he will be fighting the case for Mahi Kapoor. He says that he wants to figure out the reason for this divorce. He says that Kkusum used to meet Abhay outside of the Kapoor house but now she is living in the same house…. He calls in his first witness, Mahi. Mahi says that the ongoing tension between her and her husband is because of Kkusum as Abhay wants to give her place to kkusum. Garv calls kali to the witness box… Kali says that she never saw her parents fighting until kkusum showed up… Garv says that you are only blaming kksum and not your own dad… Kali says that her dad's mistake is that he is leaving her mom for kkusum. Next, Garv calls Abhay to the witness box… He asks the reason for leaving mahi… he asks if it is because of kkusum. Abhay says that it is because Mahi always doubted their relationship and they fought everyday… He says that Mahi went to the extent of killing Kkusum. Garv asks him if he doubts Mahi's character and Abhay says no. Garv then calls Kkusum…. He asks her if Abhay was leaving Mahi cause of her and what is your relation with him….. Kkusum says that he knows what it is but Garv says that even though he knows, the court would want to hear it too… Kkusum does not say anything… Garv says that he got the answer and that she can go…. Garv says that Abhay is leaving Mahi because he loves Kkusum… so Mahi is not at fault. Judge announces that the court is adjourned for the day. Outside the court house, Mahi thanks Garv… She says that she knew Garv would handle the case well. Garv sees Abhay and Kkusum outside… Abhay says that it is not right that he took Mahi's side… Garv says that even though he is a professional lawyer, he always fights for truth. Abhay says that he doesn't know the truth and what Mahi actually did. Garv says that kkusum came between Abhay and Mahi and that's the only reason he is divorcing Mahi. Abhay asks Garv not to say anything to Kkusum as she is his life and identity. Garv says that Mahi was with him for 20 years and he is leaving her for someone like Kkusum. Abhay catches Garv's collar… Mahi shouts Abhay! Kkusum takes Abhay with her.

At Kapoor house, Abhay and Kkusum come in… Mahi tells everybody that today Abhay brought the truth in front of everybody…. They should wish him, distribute sweets, and celebrate diwali today. Mahi says that Abhay can't see how much it hurts her that he brought kkusum to their house. Abhay says that it doesn't make any difference now and why is she crying… he says that Mahi is the only reason for the "badnami" they have to face today… mahi says that she was not the one who took him to court… she even tore the papers… He was the one who wanted a divorce. Kapil says that they can solve the matter at home instead of going to the court. Mahi says that there is no use in explaining to him… She says that I am bad but do they know how bad Kkusum is? Mahi says that kkusum will not rest until this family is destroyed… Mahi asks Abhay to just kill her once and then he can stay with kkusum all his life. Mahi leaves crying.

Abhay and kkusum are talking…. Abhay asks kkusum to not get tensed as she knows how mahi talks. Kkusum says that she doesn't want to trouble the family. She says that she wants the family's happiness and that she doesn't want mahi to be unhappy. Abhay asks her to not bother about Mahi. Kkusum says that Mahi was right and she, herself, has become selfish… Kkusum touches Abhay… Just then, Mahi calls out for Abhay. Mahi tells Abhay that Kali left a letter and went somewhere… The letter said that she was leaving the house till kkusum is there… Abhay blames Mahi for doing all this. Mahi says that he doesn't understand what she and Kali are going through and if something happens to kali she will not spare him. Kkusum asks Mahi not to worry…. Mahi says that everything happened cause of her and she shouldn't say anything… Abhay shouts at Mahi…

Arundati comes to Kkusum… Kkusum says that just because she didn't say anything about the 75 lakhs, Abhay is blaming kali for everything. Aru says that she was sorry that everything happened because of her… she says she will tell everybody about it but Kkusum stops her from doing so. Kkusum says that she'll handle it… Kkusum leaves the house. Abhay asks kkusum where she is going… kkusum says that she has to go… abhay says that what kali did is not her mistake… Kkusum says that Kali is going away from Abhay because of her. She says that Kali did not take the money, she took it. She says they should think twice before they do anything. Abhay says that he has taken a decision and he is going to go with her. All the family members are present there. Kkusum asks Abhay if loving Kali meant more to him or hating mahi…. Kkusum says that she has to leave… Abhay looks at her sadly… They show flashback scenes… the sindoor scene, anniversary party, dancing with Mahi….

Mahi is standing upstairs and watching everything. She calls Kali and tells her that she did whatever Kali asked her to do and now kkusum is out of the house. She asks her to not come back for a few days and have fun… she hangs up. Mahi smiles wickedly and says "goodbye, Kkusum deshmukh, goodbye".

Kkusum arrives at Ayee's place…. Ayee asks her why she came there with all her luggage. Kkusum tells her that Kali left the kapoor house… She says that she did not have bad intentions when she went with Abhay… if she had known all this would happen, she would have never gone. They show a flashback scene here: After the jagrata, Abhay asks Kkusum if she will go with him to the Kapoor house or they will live in a separate house... Kkusum chooses to go to the kapoor house… Flashback ends. Kkusum asks Ayee if she did right… she says that Kali is her daughter and if Kali doesn't want to stay there with her, how can she stay there. Ayee says that she should do whatever she feels is right. They again show a flashback: This time it is the court scene… Mahi saying that kkusum is not going to rest until she destroys the whole family…. Kkusum thinks about the sindoor scene ( Mahi throwing the sinsoor plate, and the sindoor falling on Kkusum's head)…Kkusum is crying. Abhay is also upset…

Mahi is talking to Garv…. Mahi tells Garv that they have to win this case… Garv says that it is wrong to ask for share in the property, if she is asking for divorce. Mahi says that she wants both. Sarla comes there and says that today she came to know the true identity of Mahi. Mahi starts to leave but Sarla says that she is not finished talking… Sarla says that Abhay is ready t take back the divorce case and they can settle the matter at home as the family's "izzat" is at stake… Mahi says that when he does not bother about my respect, then why should she bother? Sarla asks her if this is not her family as well…. Mahi says that the battle has begun and she is sorry but she has changed.

The court is in session… Abhay's lawyer says that Abhay is ready to give Mahi an alimony but it should be within his reach. He says that Mahi is asking for too much and that he cannot afford it. Garv says that Abhay has to fulfill Mahi's demands as he wants divorce. Garv says he will give them a list as Mahi has right over other things too. Abhay's lawyer says that she can only ask for things that belong to Abhay, not to the other members of the kapoor family. The Judge says that since Abhay wants a divorce, Mahi should get whatever she is asking for. Mahi is very happy… Judge says that property should be divided as 60:40.

Kkusum is walking on the road when Mahi stops her car near her… Mahi smiles and says that kkusum should be happy that she divorced Abhay… She says that she has him now but maybe she is sad because she could not get all the property. Kkusum says that she never wanted any property, all she wanted was kapoor family's happiness. Kkusum says that she made amistake by bringing her to the kapoor family… she says that all Mahi cares now is the property and she is not at all concerned about her own daughter… Mahi says that kkusum had her own intentions when she brought her to the kapoor house… now she can use kali and Abhay to get back into the kapoor house again. Mahi says that she doesn't want Abhay anymore, all she wants is his property.

At Kapoor house, people are gathered for a party. Sarla asks Mahi what that was all about. Mahi address her as "mrs nitin kapoor" and says that she thought she would invite people over for a party and tell them that she is no longer mrs abhay kapoor. Sarla says that kali is missing and she is still doing all this drama… Mahi says that why would kali come back when Abhay has let her down… she says that sarla is welcome to join the party if she wants. Sarla goes upstairs… Lali comes to her and asks what is going on in the house? Sarla says that Mahi is not ready to listen to anyone and they can't do anything until Abhay comes back. Lali tries to call abhay but no response… Sarla calls Kkusum and asks if Abhay was with her… kkusum asks her what the matter was but Sarla just hangs up…. Kkusum comes to kapoor house…. She sees that there is a party going on and thinks maybe that's why sarla sounded so tensed. Kkusum tries to go in but Mahi stops her. Mahi makes an anoouncement: she asks everybody to meet the new daughter-in-law of the kapoor family… She asks everyone to give her a big hand… Mahi starts clapping.. kksum looks really embarrassed. Abhay comes there and says that Mahi forgot to tell you the whole thing… He says that Kkusum is not only his new wife but also his business partner. Abhay and Kkusum leave from there. Mahi calls somebody… the person tells her that there is some trouble there… Mahi goes to the office … The guy tells her that Kanak jeweller's is not in Kapoor's name… and everything she asked for is suffering big losses. Mahi looks tensed as the guy tells her that Abhay has cheated her.

Abhay tells Kkusum that she shouldn't get tensed, and the person who should get tensed, must be tensed by now. Abhay takes kkusum to the dance floor and asks her to enjoy the party. Mahi comes there in anger… Abhay smiles… Mahi asks him not to act smart, this will turn out to be very dangerous for him. Mahi promises that she will destroy Abhay Kapoor.

Kkusum comes to Mahi and asks why she looks upset… Mahi says that kkusum got what she wanted … She says that she spent 20 years of her life with Abhay but she never got his love…. Kkusum says that she was with him for 20 years but lost him because of what she did. Mahi says what about the things I did for the sake of this family… Kkusum says that she cannot hate Mahi and that she can keep whatever she has… She says that she is sad along with Mahi because Mahi loved him for 20 years but she, herself, loved him from the beginning and had to stay away from him for 20 years. Kkusum asks Mahi to forgive her and that she can keep everything. Kkusum goes from there… Mahi thinks about what kkusum said.

Kkusum goes to Ayee's place… Ayee asks her if everything is ok. Kkusum says that things are getting worse. Kkusum says that she tried to change but she still feels that bad for Mahi separting from Abhay. Ayee asks her to think about herself too, not just Mahi, Abhay, and his family. Kkusum agrees and says that she wants her happiness and her family back. Ayee assures her that she will get everything back.

Kkusum gives mahi some papers… she says that she transferred all her property to Mahi. Mahi asks what all this is about…. Mahi says that she did not do all this for the proerty.. she did all this for Abhay. Mahi says she did wrong but she loves him. She says that she forgot to see what Abhay wants. She, then, tears the papers. Kkusum is shocked… mahi leaves from there. Abhay sees all this from upstairs.

Garv comes to Kkusum… He says that Mahi wants to settle everything outside court… she does not want anything. Garv leaves form there… Ayee comes to kkusum and asks why Garv was there… Kkusum tells her that Mahi is willing to take all her demands back.

Abhay is talking to Sarla…. He says that it might be a part of Mahi's evil plan… she might be upto something again. Sarla says that maybe she has changed… he should not say anything. Abhay still does not believe Mahi.

Kkusum comes to Kapoor house as Mahi asks her to wait outside… All the family members look on… Kkusum says that she came there to thank Mahi… Mahi says to let her do what she wants to… She then does aarti for Kkusum… everyone is surprised… Mahi asks her to come in… She asks why everyone is so surprised… their daughter-in-law has come after a long time…. Mahi says that today is her grahpravesh, everyone should be happy. Abhay asks Mahi if this was her new drama… Mahi gives her mangalsutra to Abhay and says that there was no point in keeping it if he wasn't her anymore… this belongs to kkusum. Mahi says that she wants to prove that kkusum was the first daughter-in-law of this family. Sarla agrees but Abhay asks her why she was agreeing with her. Mahi asks Abhay if he divorced kkusum when he married Mahi… Abhay says he did not… Mahi says then Kkusum is your legal wife. Abhay looks at her in surprise… Abhay makes Kkusum wear the mangalsutar…. Kkusum is just crying happily… Mahi then gives the sindoor plate to Abhay… Mahi says that today when she was applying sindoor to herself, she realized that kkusum has the right over it and not her. Abhay applies sindoor to kkusum's head. As he is applying the sindoor, the police comes there and say that they have arrest warrant. Abhay asks for what? Police say that Mahi had lodged a complain against him… He is already married so how can he get married again… Abhay look angrily at Mahi… Mahi says that she told him that she will destroy him… Mahi asks him to control his anger as he knows what can happen next. Mahi asks Abhay if he thought only he could play games with her. Lali asks Sarla not to worry as he will go with Abhay. Kkusum slaps Mahi and says that today she proved that she can't change… Mahi says that she will not slap kkusum back… in fact, she won't let her go so easily as she loves Abhay. Mahi says that she will file a case against Abhay and he will be in jail for the next 7 years and kkusum would have to wait for him for those long 7 years. She says if Abhay couldn't be hers, then she won't let kkusum have him either. Mahi leaves… Kkusum just holds Sarla… Sarla gets a call from Nitin.. He says that he was going to come back in 2 days… Sarla asks him to come back earlier… Nitin asks her to tell Abhay to call him… Sarla says she will…. Kkusum starts to leave as Sarla stops her. She asks her not to leave her alone… she says that she gets strength when she sees Kkusum… Kkusum asks her why she is not angry with her because whenever she comes there, something bad happens… kkusum says that she has lost all her strength… Sarla says that nothing will happen to Abhay … she says that they would have lost abhay if kkusum had not come back… She says that Lord Garnish is with them and He will not let them down. Kkusum hugs Sarla and the episode ends.
