As a kid, Chetan Hansraj was fond of painting. Later, he did a course in 3D animation, but one hobby that stayed with him from an early age was photography.
"I have a Sony Cybershot 5.1 that I carry along with me wherever I go," says the actor. "I like capturing images, people, places, buildings… anything that interests me." How many photos has he taken till date?
"There must be over 1,000. Since the digicam has a memory card, I keep transferring the images to my computer making space for more pictures," he says.
After storing the images, Chetan uses image-altering software to add hues and play around with textures.
"I like giving the photos an edge with the help of my computer," he says. Does he plan to hold an exhibition of his collection? "Ashok Salian is a very dear friend, and he's guided me a lot in photography. I am thinking of taking this up quite seriously," the actor says
