Trishul comes to meet Abhay. Kkusum comes to know that Trishul is Abhay and Tashu's son and is shocked. Kkusum starts doubting Trishul's intentions and thinks that he must be conspiring against the Kapoor family with his mother.
Kumud insists that she wants to go back to the hostel. Everybody agrees that she should live life her own way. Trishul meets Kkusum and tries to convince her that he genuinely wanted to help and he thinks of the Kapoor family as his own.
