The Agarwals are happy to see Parvati there, and then Parvati says that Anjali saved her life. Then Parvati tells the whole story of how Anjali stopped her car, then took Parvati outside, and then the biker shot his bullet at Parvati and ran off, and then Anjali jumped in front of Parvati and got shot! She was carried off, and now nobody from the Nanda's house is coming there. Parvati is really sad and the wardboys bring Anjali out. The doctors say that she is still a bit weak, but they can meet her.
Parvati goes to thank Anjali and then Anjali says that it was all the doing of her given Ganeshji. Anjali then goes to rest and then Dadi tells Parvati to come home. Parvati says that the person who made her a part of this family has now left her. Parvati says that she only has a complaint towards her God, because he didn't let the bullet shoot her. Then Parvati turns around and sees Om standing there.
Anjali is in her ward and then all of a sudden, her breathing becomes weak. The nurse puts an oxygen mask on her and calls the doctor. The doctor is shocked and leaves.
Everybody at home wonders where Anjali has gone. Kavya says that she is not a little child who has gotten lost. He says that if she doesn't care about them, why should they care about her? Vansh is sure that she will come soon. Nitya says that wherever she is, she will be fine. She tells them all to go and take rest. They all go and Nitya is happy. She says to herself that naughty Anjali should have called. Then she thinks that if the doctor calls Kavya's phone, then she won't be able to reach it. She drops Kavya's phone in a bowl of flowers in water. The phone "drowns".
The doctor calls a senior doctor because the case is becoming really serious. The nurse says that she has Anjali's mobile, from which she calls Yug. Yug picks up and the doctor tells him to come there as she is serious. Yug calls Arpita and tells her that Anjali is in hospital. Arpita tells Nitya this. They both go to Kavya and tell him this. Kavya is confused and Arpita says that Anjali didn't want to tell them, but she told Yug instead. Kavya is angry at Anjali.
The senior doctor comes and the other doctor says that there has been a great loss of blood and she needs to be shifted to the O.T. Anjali is still clasping the Ganeshji. Aai is going to Siddhi Vinayak. Yug goes to Anjali's ward and the nurse tells him that to sign as the husband to say that he allows abortion to be done in order to save Anjali. Yug wonders why Kavya didn't come yet and then thinks that he will sign on these papers to save Anjali.
Anjali's Aai walks to Siddhi Vinayak as the doctors start to operate. Anjali tells the doctors that she will face any pain, but they can not do anything to her baby. Anjali's mother walks up the steps and Anjali sees her life flahshing right before her eyes, her marriage to Kavya, her dressng up as Anjum... Then she remembers when she met Kavya in Simla, when she married him, and then the bullet. She shouts Kavya's name and Kavya turns around in his bedroom. Aai stands in front of the idol, and Anjali clasps the murti in her hand as the the bells clang in the mandir, Aai does a pooja, and the doctors operate.
Finally, Anjali's eyes open. Kavya runs into the hospital and then sees Yug standing next to Anjali. Then the wardboys take Anjali and Kavya stands there like a dumb idiot.
