old episodes

HI all, i am new to this forum. LOVE KA. i have a big problem though. in the videos archive where u can download all the old episodes, it wont let me download anymore and ive only downloaded 3!!! i have watched them and delted them but it still says download limit exceeded 😭. can some one PLEASE PLEASE help, tell me how to bypass it or what i can do??? i will be REALLY grateful.Please.
