@Natz.. level 1 of business/corporate law is breezy.. just goes through stuff like what's a corp, vs. individual, vs. joint venture, etc. Also, u will probably get to know liability (duty, responsibility, etc.) of shareholders, directors, officers. Maybe a bit about incorporation and suing companies.. 🥱.. in other words BORING
