Yes, they do... but there are different kind of dreamer--some are lethargic, some are tied-up due to circumstances, and some cannot figure out the way. Arohi was tied-up due to circumstances and a contest would have given her a solid platform to see her dreams take shape. Then post-accident, she could not figure out the way ... so again the contest. 😆
