Hey guys after watching the promo about KMH which pretty much sums up the entire story, I think after hitting Arohi, Arjun will do anything and everything to help her. However after he goes to jail, he will help her through Karan Singh. Remember the description of the show said that Arjun changes his identity to help Arohi.
If you watch the promo, first only Arjun helps Arohi and holds the umbrella for her, but then the other guy, Karan Singh, comes along and takes her to the top of the cliff while Arjun looks on.
