Sandiip Sikcand, creative head of the show, said, Yes, we have replaced Neena but I dont know what exactly happened. I joined the show a few days ago and was told that she had to be replaced. We have now finalised Papiya Sengupta to play Savita in the show.
Neena refused to give details but she confirmed and said, I am no longer part of the show."

There is complete lack of professionalism, it's total chalta hai attitude. Me glad too that she is going to give him one karara thapaad, it was long overdue. Hopefully that'll get the hair to settle down! Dunno if it will knock any sense into him though - he might revert back to 'usne mujhe phir chhua' mode.

Btw I don't think it'd be so horrible on 'Karan' himself..there's no harm in experimenting and trying out different styles, but as Arjun Punj it's a total faux pas.
