Tuesday morning Gunjan feels better and gets discharged and Karan gets her home. At 12pm Karan leaves to office. He switches on his mobile and has thousands of calls and messages in his mobile. He had switched off his mobile. Only his personal mobile whose number his family and relatives have was kept on by him. Arjun had gone to Karan's office to thank him and give his coat back but secretary informs he is coming only in afternoon of Tuesday.
Arjun: Inspector Sir, you here
Inspector: Yes Mr. Arjun, i came to take Yuvrajji's statement in your sister's case

Inspector: Ok bye,
Arjun: Bye, thanks
Karan: Come in
Arjun: Karan
Karan: Arjun, come and sit
Arjun goes and gives him his coat

Karan: Coat, looks at it. This, i had given it to a girl in night club. How do you have it?
Arjun: That girl you gave the coat to was my elder sister
Karan gets up shocked: What?
Arjun wet eyes holds Karan's hands: Yes, thanks a lot. If you had not saved her i cannot imagine what would have happened. My sister said she was about to fall off 7th floor but you saved her life. And also saved her from that man. Thanks a lot Karan thanks a lot.
Karan: That's fine. Is she fine now?
Arjun: yes, she is upset but recovering
Karan: I can understand. Hope she can forget that incident fast and get well soon. Sorry, i had to leave on an urgent work that night hence
Arjun: Ohhh i forgot, what happened. I called your mobile it was off and called your house they said you are not at home
Karan: Yeah, chutki was unwell.
Arjun: Gunjan, what happened?
Karan: Nothing, she was a bit unwell she is fine now (does not reveal that her liver is damaged from birth and she had turned blue and breathless on Friday night and was in ICU for 3 days before she turned normal)
Arjun thinks its related to her asthama: Thank God. She is fine now
Arjun holds his hands: Gunjan will be fine Karan, do not worry. Why you never called me, i would have come and be with you in hospital? In future call me if Gunjan is unwell OK
Arjun: I have told you many times, you need not thank me. And if that is the case you have done a much bigger favour on me saving my sister's life and her being voilated(chokes)
Karan: No no i would have done that for any girl. I have a sister too though she is very small, i can imagine how brothers feel if their sisters are abused, voilated. I am very sorry that happened to your sister.
Karan: Okkk, that must be Kuku and Deep uncle's children who have come down from UK and US. They are my father's childhood friends. We are very close from childhood only and spend all holidays and vacations together. Their children are my brothers and sisters only.
Arjun: OK
Karan gets a call. After 10 minutes.
Arjun: Come, we will have food
Karan: I have got enough food from home for both of us. Lets have here only
Arjun: Your mom's lunch
Karan: Yes

Gunjan runs to Raj: Happy birthday Raj and gives him his gifts. She cannot carry it herself so her maids carry them to Raj.
Yashodhara: Happy birthday Raj
Raj: Thanks aunty. So many gifts
Gunjan: I wanted to buy more. My pocket money got over. I took Karan bhaiya's pocket money also
Gunjan: Yes, but mom gives him spocket money also. He has credit card which he uses while travelling outside Chandigarh. But in Chandigarh he uses pocket money only which mom gives him every month like she did when he was in college in US.
Raj: Karan uncle is a kid like us only then. Aunty gives him pocket money like our dad's do for us both.
Arjun smiles and looks at Yashodhara.
Yashodhara serious: Raj, your dad is big 30 years old. Karan is still small only 22 years old.
Raj turns to Arjun: Dad, does than mean till i am 22-23 you will give me pocket money
Arjun laughs: Ok, fine
Arjun: Provided you have to travel out on work like Karan uncle.
Raj: But
Yashodhara: Arjun is right, why you need credit card if you do not travel outside your home town
Raj sad: But pocket money is limited. Credit card we can spend howmuch ever
Yashodhara: Exactly, thats why we should not give credit cards. You kids have no limit to your spending otherwise, no value for money only.
Arjun: Listen, listen Raj and you till i buy you what you want you do not allow me to rest in peace.
Yashodhara: My Gunjan also is like that only beta. This generation kids are taking parents for granted
Gunjan and Raj run away: We will go around the lake and come. Gunjan has to show her new angel fishes
Yashodhara sighs: Parenting is tough job nowadays. Karan was never like this. He was never demanding, naughty and did not demand like Gunjan to buy him this and that or run away from school to malls and other places like Gunjan. I and her dad just cannot handle her demanding ways beta, thats why we have left her to Karan. He keeps tab on her day and night, helps her on homework, exams, assignments etc. Anything she wants she has to ask Karan not us. Only Karan can handle her mood swings and tempers not me.
Arjun smiles: Yes Ma'am, Karan is very responsible and mature. He will take good care of Gunjan.
Arjun: Ok ma'am we will leave. It will get late and takes her blessings
Yashodhara: Ok, take care of Gunjan. She was unwell a week back. Please take care of her and here take her inhaler and keep it with you in case she gets asthama attack. This girl is least bothered about her health only play play play
Arjun: Do not worry ma'am. I will take care of her nicely
