I think its a trick to pareshan arohi. if it was something important then he would not mention about the drawer and even try to hide it. He wants aeohi to go through all that trouble and nothing will be in the drawer may be something funny or some kind of msg for her from him something like haha you lost lol

It could be something to do with Arohi. Maybe, Arjun still has something to do with Arohi that if Arohi sees, she'll turn around and forgive him instead of trying to get divorce from him.

may be some thing related to arjun's past and the reason of being like this,,orRRRRRRRRRRR may be the FLUTE,,

i just hope on a serious note that something in the drawer which changes arohi's POV towards arjun and she starts loving him again

the things that may be present are

the flowers arohi gifted him to tell sorry,,
or the gift which arjun broke,,,
or the letter "monster" written in it"
