actually, i thought he mainly got so upset because of what the horrible employer said about heer. and feeling that he was in no position to break a coconut on that guy's head. and lastly, of course, because prem thinks that heer did it so that he would be able to retain his position in society -- after all, she did get him his black suit for the award ceremony.

i don't think prem'd have a problem with heer working. i'd think he'd just have a problem with heer working for creeps. or heer working to make sure he - prem - gets what he wants. prem's always had this allergic reaction to heer doing "sacrificial" things for him, no? 😆

After reading the update, and then watching today's video, I couldn't understand why everyone was so upset that Prem "rejected" Heer.

First of all, he didn't reject her...as you said, he could truly understood the depth of her love for him - b/c he loves her so deeply as well. He confirmed his love by simply wiping away her tears...and of course, in that long monologue about not being able to provide for her.

How can we expect Prem to just up and marry her when, as he said, he can't even afford to feed them properly? For any man, it is important to first have a firm ground to stand on before committing to the life of another. Heck, these days, in the modern world, the same is important for women too - first career, steady paycheck, then marriage. You can't just jump into a marriage and expect to be happy if you're not financially stable. Things are bound to go wrong. The same holds true for Premeer.

Prem wants to give Heer the world...He wants her to have every happiness...but he can't give her that now. Lets face it, no matter how much bollywood tries to make us think differently, pyaar kafi nahi hota...its a fact of life.

I salute Prem and his love for what he did today. If he has nothing to offer her, how can he promise her anything?

As for Heer, she blew me away today. She was spectacular. Aditi really is becoming a better actor with each passing day.

Also, loved the way Prem looked at Heer when he first saw her standing on the terrace...there was so much love in his eyes for her then...

And Nans, yes, I agree, he was upset about her having to take a job, and that too, not telling him about it. Indeed it made him feel even more like he really had nothing to offer her. Prem would never want Heer to have to work and provide for them when he himself can't seem to secure a job.

These two are such an incredible pair...I just love them.

hey common naa....we were talking the same thing...so no thnx...lols...waise..i was late in the forum and saw a few topics abt this rejection and i was like...i watched the vid again...andtht time i realised tht a few things have to be clarified......

i completely agree with ur everyword......prem wants to be financially stable....he wants heer's happiess...he is in a state where he has nuthing now....so thts y he cudnt even assure her abt it...and know1 knows wat exactly will happen to us 2morrw...

aur as usual all our predictions for monday paani mein chal gaya😆😆😆i knew tht its only in kdmhmd we predict sumthing but the ulta happens..and thts the reason i just love this show...it shud be unpredictable...

oops...ADITI man she stole it yaaar..after harsh i think she touched my heart.....she was damn sweeeeet during tht scene..i mean when i was watching it again and again i was like saying ....i love yu heer i love yu jaans.....she was damn gud and she's improving a lot.....a lot...
