I disagree...sorry. Why would he make a promise if he doesn't know what tomorrow holds for him? Then, as he said, he'd be holding her back with him. Perhaps Prem will ask for Heer's hand when he finally is positive that he is in good standing to provide for Himself, Heer, and their family. Until then, I don't think he did anything wrong in rejecting her. And, I think Heer too can understand where he's coming from. Sure, she looked heartbroken, but I am sure she understood that there was a lot of truth in his words.

what we want!!!! prem and heer to be married soon and lallu to find out who
heer really is. this is gna create durihya between prem and heer guaranteed
and i think she gna tell him to go back to his house if he is not happy. i
think she will sacrifice there love, people are saying it will end up like KZK i
hope not cos i will really hate it if it does these two are definitely meant to
be together and ekta should keep it that way. I think creatives should really
listen to the fans as well inundate them with any ideas you have lol. and why
they always crying i feel like beating prem with a baseball bat at the
moment so what u don't have a job tell heer you will marry her once u are
financially settled. i feel like killing ekta!!!

I less upset about him not accepting heer's proposal than I am about what he told her.

I mean, here is the woman that you love and left the family, the dad, that is so dear to you; you realise that she went out to work so you could have a suit to wear for your award function; not only that she cooked your favorite food and has hosted a surprise party for you.

After finding all that out; she is telling you what you mean to her.!!

There should at least be some acknowledgement (if not overcome by emotion) on Prem's part. The dialogue writer's forgot all about that today.

What a pity!! If Prem had been made to express that emotion today's episode would have been so beautiful.

After reading the update, and then watching today's video, I couldn't understand why everyone was so upset that Prem "rejected" Heer.

First of all, he didn't reject her...as you said, he could truly understood the depth of her love for him - b/c he loves her so deeply as well. He confirmed his love by simply wiping away her tears...and of course, in that long monologue about not being able to provide for her.

How can we expect Prem to just up and marry her when, as he said, he can't even afford to feed them properly? For any man, it is important to first have a firm ground to stand on before committing to the life of another. Heck, these days, in the modern world, the same is important for women too - first career, steady paycheck, then marriage. You can't just jump into a marriage and expect to be happy if you're not financially stable. Things are bound to go wrong. The same holds true for Premeer.

Prem wants to give Heer the world...He wants her to have every happiness...but he can't give her that now. Lets face it, no matter how much bollywood tries to make us think differently, pyaar kafi nahi hota...its a fact of life.

I salute Prem and his love for what he did today. If he has nothing to offer her, how can he promise her anything?

As for Heer, she blew me away today. She was spectacular. Aditi really is becoming a better actor with each passing day.

Also, loved the way Prem looked at Heer when he first saw her standing on the terrace...there was so much love in his eyes for her then...

And Nans, yes, I agree, he was upset about her having to take a job, and that too, not telling him about it. Indeed it made him feel even more like he really had nothing to offer her. Prem would never want Heer to have to work and provide for them when he himself can't seem to secure a job.

These two are such an incredible pair...I just love them.

Atleast he should have said that, First let me get a job then we will marry.. but he directly said NO.. he shouldnt have said NO.. he could have said "we will, after getting a job"..!! 😕 😕

on whole it was a bit sad 1 but i liked it!!!
n for tomorrows epi i can't wait to see it as i m hoping to see there dance or maybe they get engaged!!!

First when I saw the video, I was a little upset about Prem rejecting Heer's proposal outright. But after a while when I thought about it calmly and with an open mind, I felt he was right. Prem was only being practical. He didn't want to give her false hopes. He didn't exactly reject her proposal. Moreover, what hurt him was the fact that he was in such a miserable position that Heer had to work secretly and provide for them ! So he wanted to atleast get a decent job so that they all could live comfortably and then think of getting married.

It was a pleasant surprise to see Heer proposing for a change...that's why I've always felt that this show is proving to be different from the rest.


I loved the way Prem wiped away her tears slowly...there was so much concern, pain and love in his eyes for her when he did that...his eyes said it all !!!

And Aditi also was excellent today. Loved her facial expressions and dialogue delivery throught the scene.

Their chemistry was mindblowing as always and that made the scene worth watching. What an adorable pair....Hats of to both of them 👏
