Part 94

Entire journey back home, Prem is confused and quiet. Heer confused about his silence. Preet teased Prem 'PB, you are not fit to drive a car not even walk alone in the road..'

Prem confused but decided to wait until they reach home. Chahat is sitting next to Prem leaning on him looking outside the window. Prem wrapped his hand around her. Chahat looked at Prem with a smile. He kissed her forehead with tears. He hugged her tightly. Heer looked at Prem action towards Chahat thought 'what happened to him? why he behaving odd? Why he is geting emotional seeing Chahat?'

Preet and Lalit doubted that Prem has got his memory back and they are happy. Heer didn't know that. Prem turned to Heer and pulled her into his hug. He kissed her forehead. Heer is wondering 'why is he emotional now?'

They reached home. Megher came with arti. Gaya3 made Prem and Heer along with Chahat stand in the door and took arti.

Prem stepped in the house holding Chahat hand. Prem looked around. Gungun came running towards Preet held his hand. Prem thought 'she is Gungun.' He didn't notice any change except Gungun has grown bigger.

Megher looked at Prem with confusion. She lowered her voice to Preet 'why bhaiya is staring at Gungun like this?' Preet whispered 'I think PB has got his memory back.' Megher 'why can't you ask him about that?' Preet 'let him adjust himself to new situation.'

Lalit saw Prem confusion and decided to send Prem alone with Heer. so that they can talk freely. 'Prem you go to your room and take rest.' He turned to Heer 'Heer, take him.'

Prem claimed upstairs still lost in his thought. Prem sat on the bed and looked around the room. Everything is same except few pictures were replaced with older Chahat. He saw him standing with them 'so I was with them only.' Heer handed over his kurta 'Prem, Change.' Prem went to washroom and changed. Heer didn't ask him anything she went to washroom to change.

Prem sat on the bed leaning his head back on the board. Chahat walked in with a glass of juice. 'papa. For you.' Prem smiled and took the glass from her hand. He placed the glass down on the bedside table. Heer came out of washroom and watched Prem and Chahat.

Chahat claimed on the bed and sat next to him. He pulled her on to his lap. He kissed her cheeks. He cupped her face and rubbed his nose on hers. Tears rolled down his cheeks. Chahat wiped his tears 'papa, why are you crying again?'

Prem 'I missed you beta.' Chahat 'I'm with you only papa.' Prem 'ha.' He kissed her cheeks. She kissed him back and leaned on to his chest 'I love you Papa. You are only my papa.'

Prem teasingly smiled 'noooo.' Chahat look at him with confusion. Tears came out quickly 'papa. No you are only' she placed her little palm on her chest 'my papa.' Prem smiled wiped her tears. 'yes yours and your brother.'

Chahat more confused 'I don't have brother papa. I have only one sister Gungun but Chachu is her papa.' Prem rubbed his nose on hers 'your own brother will come to play with you.' Chahat keeping her hand on her chest 'my brother. Chahat's brother.' Prem nodded with a smile. Chahat 'when Papa?'Heer is shyly smiling and watching Prem and Chahat. she sat next to Prem.

Prem kept his index finger on his chin. Then looked at Heer and action as if he is thinking 'in another 9 months.' Chahat eagerly 'why 9 months? I want to see him now.' Prem pulling her nose 'you cannot see him now. it's a surprise for you.' Chahat didn't understand but she believed her fathers word 'okay I'll wait for 9 months.' She leaned on to his chest.

He pulled Heer into his hand. He kissed her cheek. He hugged them with tears. Heer picked up the glass and made him drink the juice. He drank half glass gave the rest to Heer. 'you too need this.' He kissed her cheek. She drank with a shy smile.

Before they empty the glass, Chahat fell asleep on his chest. He made her lay down properly on the bed. He kept his hand on her head stroking her hair. He kissed her forehead.

Heer placing the empty glass away 'she didn't sleep properly for past 3 days.'

Prem sadly 'why?' Heer with confusion but she now had the doubt that may be he got his memory back 'Prem, don't you remember anything?' suddenly a thought strikes her mind. She closely looked at Prem 'Prem, do you remember.' Prem cut in 'Heer tell me what happened in Shimla?'

Heer doubt almost cleared 'Shimla?'

Prem 'ha Heer. I told you to wait outside in the garden. Then I went inside the house and prepared our bedroom for our sweet night. Then a guy whose face resembled me came to me. Before I could sense the situation he hit my head with a rod. He removed my chain, watch, ring etc., My head started bleeding. Not even able to raise my voice. I remember him dragging me somewhere. Don't know what happened after that.'

Heer now understood that he got his memory. She sat straight 'I waited for you outside. You didn't come even after an hour. So I got up to check you but earthquake hit and the house collapsed. I saw a man with dead under debris. We all thought you are dead in that disaster.' Heer leaned on to his chest. he hugged her gently. He kissed her forehead with tears 'then'

Heer continued 'Chahat didn't sleep for several nights and searched for you in each and every room of this mansion. We tried lot to bring her out of the shock but she cried in her sleep calling you. So I decided to change the place. After a year of struggle we moved to Chennai. There Chahat found you in her school.' With tears 'I got my Prem back but you didn't recognize me not only me even Ma, Dad and Preet.' Prem shocked 'what?'

Heer with tears 'Do you remember Nihal bhiaya?' Prem shook his head 'one who came to the hospital.'

Heer nodded 'you are with him in those days after that earthquake. Your face resembled his brother Sagar. So he thought you are his brother. First you refused to accept yourself as Prem. later you found familiarity with us and stayed with us. Soon you become Prem slowly taking over the business. We moved back to Bangalore.'

Prem 'then why Chahat didn't sleep for past 3 days?' Heer 'Nihal bhaiya is staying with his wife Veera and his son Rohan. Visaka, Veera bhabi's sister loved Sagar and has a child. She came here and claimed you as Sagar and father of her daughter.' Prem angrily 'what rubbish?'

Heer touched his shoulder 'she filed a case. Court ordered DNA test. DNA test proved that you are only Chahat's father and son of Lalit Juneja. When we came out of the court you saw a bangle shop and went to get bangles for me but a car hit you.' Prem 'okay now I understood . I got my memory back.'

Prem 'I should ask sorry to Nihal bhaiya.' Heer 'ha he is a nice man but his wife is actually a money minded person that you told me once. But she supported us in Visaka case. That really confuses me.'

Prem 'do you think she is dangerous?' Heer 'you only told me like that. But that time she thought you are Sagar. Now through DNA test she knows that you are not Sagar.'

Prem looked sleeping Chahat. He started crying 'I always miss her precious moments. I'm unlucky.' Heer 'Prem, no you are with us only.' Prem looked at her with tears 'but I didn't remember anything why I'm always unlucky?.' Heer 'I'll show some of the video. May be you can recollect something from that.' Prem not satisfied but wanted to keep himself quiet for Heer and Chahat. he thought 'both struggled a lot without me. I should keep them happy in future.'

Heer wiped his tears. Prem pulled her into his chest. He cupped her face 'I always made you cry.' Heer 'no' he ran his fingers on her lips. She closed her eyes. Prem whispered into her ears 'Heer, I'm happy that I heard the good news after I regained my memory.' He nuzzled his lips on her cheek. 'I love you Heer.' caressing her cheek with his palm he pressed his lips on hers before she say her love back. He sucked her lower lip gently. She wrapped her hand around his neck to give him comfortable position. His one hand around her waist and another around her shoulder, he sent his tongue into her mouth to explore. The kiss deepened and she moaned. They kissed lovingly until they needed air to breath. They broke. He kissed her cheek and all over her face. He rubbed his cheek on hers. He lay down on the bed pulling her on to him. She switched off the light.

Prem 'Heer.' Heer 'ummm'. Prem 'I'm sad' Heer quickly 'Why Prem?' Prem teasingly smiled 'I didn't remember that night' Heer understood. She shyly 'Premmmm.' Prem like a kid 'I want reply.' He whispered into her ears 'Action reply.' Heer gently hit his chest with her palm and snuggled into his chest. Prem smiled hugging her tight. He pulled Chahat closer to him. she kept her head on his chest. They slept hugging.
