heer looks on teary eyed as ash slips on her ring in prem's fingers......
the engagement ceremony takes place....photosession is on......prem is very lost and uncomfy......
here heer is crying as she sees the person who was suppose to be made only for her and for whom she was born ....becoming someone else's....she just can't hold back her tears remembering the words of her mother.....

lalu meets a lawyer who will help him buy a new hotel in ludhiana so that he can start his business here....balwant is present there too....wen lalu says that the hotel will be bought in the name of all his sons and the profit will be divided between all his children....balwant doesn't like the idea.....
he tells lalu that prem is the one who runs the business and works the most then his share should be more...but lalu doesn't agree.......

preet teases prem on being engaged......he shows ash's ring to prem and asks him to try it coz it was given to him by ash...prem says no to it and says that his ring is with him....the one which was made for him and it fits him perfectly!

meher looks at all the food with teary eyes....wen dj sees her and decides to taunt her further...she asks meher to eat from the leftover in the plates.....just then lalu comes there.....and gets surprised...

on hearing that meher is hungry he takes her to the buffet table and feeds her......seeing meher eat lalu is reminded of his "meher"....
he then serves a plate for heer too....and meher takes the food for her.....
