Turning around, Heer comes face to face with the person who has been calling her name.

Heer – Aap?! Aap yahaan kya kar rahe hai?! (the person steps closer to Heer) Please, Rishab…don't come any closer.

Unknown to Heer, Prem is lurking in the background. He had come out to give Heer the present he had gotten her, but when he saw her talking to someone he stopped. Seeing Rishab made Prem want to beat him to a pulp but he held off letting Heer handle the situation. If she needed, Prem would come out, but for now she was doing fine. He is close enough to hear them but they cannot see him.

Rishab – Heer, mujhe maaf kaardo. I'm sorry. Mujhe tumhara yakeen karna chahiyeh tha. Maine tumhe kitna kuch kahaa, aur uske liyeh main bohot sharminda hoon. Mujhe tumhare bare mein aaisa nahin kehna chahiyeh tha. (takes a step closer) Mujhe aapni ghalti ka ahsaas hogaya hai. Heer, I want you back. Main tumse shaadi karna chata hoon.

(Both Heer and Prem are left shocked at Rishab's latest announcement)

Heer – Kya!? (stepping back) Aapko paata bhi hai ke aap kya keh rahe hai?

Rishab – Haan Heer, paata hai mujhe. Prem mera bohot aacha dost hai, aur tum uske mangetar ho…lekin main kya karoon…I love you. Tum chinta maat karo, Prem se main baath karunga. Tum baas haan kardo, baki saab kuch main sambhal lunga.

Heer – Main… (confused)

Rishab – (steps closer) Dekho Heer main janta hoon ke tum Prem se pyaar nahin karte, aur Prem bhi tumse pyaar nahin karta Chalo (grabs Heer's right hand) …abhi jaake Prem se baath karte hai.

From where he is standing, Prem is ready to pounce on Rishab because it sends a stab of jealousy through him. It was apparent that Heer didn't want him anywhere near her, that is why she kept moving back when Rishab moved forward. Seeing Rishab's grubby hands on Heer made Prem want to punch his lights out. He is about to come to her rescue, when he stops himself.

Heer – Nahin! (pulls her hand free from Rishab's grip) Prem-ji ke saath main aaisa nahin kaar sakti. Main unho dhoka nahin deh sakti.

Rishab – But…I love you Heer. (grabs her by the shoulders) Main tumse pyaar karta hoon.

Heer – (pushes him away and takes two steps back) Paata hai, ke aap mujhse kitna pyaar karte hai. Aap hi mere mangetar the, lekin jaab mujhe aapka saab se zyada zarurat thi, jaab mujhe sahare ki zarurat thi, taab aapne hi saath chod diya. Aapne kahaa ke main ek characterless aurat hoon. (gets teary) Saabne kitna samjane ki koshish ki, lekin aap sunne ke liyeh tayar hi nahin the. Aagar Prem-ji nahin hote, paata nahin mera kya hota…aaj main kahaan aapke saath khadi nahin hoti. Jiss haath ko aapne thama tha, taklef aane paar ussi haath ko aapne chod diya. Phir, uss haath ko Prem-ji ne thama hai. Iss parivaar ne, aur Prem-ji ne mujhe ek baar nahin, baar baar bachaya hai. Uss raath aagar woh nahin hote, aaj shayad main… iss duniya mein nahin hoti. (begins to cry)

Rishab – Heer main manta hoon ke main ghalat tha, lekin mere dil mein sirf tum ho aur main jaanta hoon ke tumhare dil mein bhi sirf main hoon.

Heer – (looks him in the eye) Jis din aapne mujhse rishta thoda tha, ussi paal mein mere dil mein aapke liye joh bhi pyaar tha woh khatam hogaya tha. Haan, main maanti hoon ke naa woh mujhse pyaar karte hai, aur naa hi main unse…lekin phir bhi, mere dil mein sirf Prem-ji hai. Unke liyeh joh izzat aur maan main mere dil mein hai, woh kissi aur ke liyeh nahin hai…aur naa kissi ke liyeh khabi hoga.

(Heer turns to walk away)

Rishab – (yells at Heer) Tumhari zindagi barbaad hojayegi! Tumhare vaje se aaj maine aapna saabse aacha dost khoya!

Heer – (turning around) Meri zindagi barbaad nahin, sawar gayi hai. Aap kuch bhi kehlijiyeh, main nahin manungi. (turns to leave again)

Rishab – Magar Heer…

Heer – (turns around and puts a hand up) Baas, mujhe aur kuch nahin sunna. (pauses for a few seconds) Ek aur baath…kaal meri shaadi hai…kaal se Prem-ji mera paati kehlayega, aur main ek biwi hone ka haar farz nibhaungi.

With that, Heer turned around and left to go back to the house. Prem is standing there replaying what just happened in front of his eyes. Whatever, Heer had said, Prem had not been expecting. However, he still felt good knowing the way that Heer felt for him and how she saw him. Prem wait for Rishab to leave before he goes inside. Once in, he looks for Heer but can't find her. He learns from Massi that she has gone upstairs to change.

Prem goes upstairs and heads to the girls room. The door is open, so he knocks and enters expecting to find Heer. However, he finds Ashlesha, Maya and Meher.

Ash – (sees Prem come in) Aare Jiju, aap? Koi kaam tha kya?

Prem – Haan…nahin…woh… (becomes tongue tied)

(Prem looks around the room for Heer but can't see her. He finds Meher and Maya huddled over something on the dressed. Meher turns and sees Prem looking for something. She pokes Maya and they both know what to do next.)

Maya – Bhaia aap…yahaan…itni raath ko… (folds her arms across her chest)

Meher – Jiju saab tik toh hai naa? (stands next to Maya)

Prem – Haan woh…mujhe…Heer…

Maya – Heer toh change kaar rahi hai. Hum toh baas uski jewelry rak rahe the.

Prem – Oh …

Prem looks upset because the alone time he had wanted to spend with Heer wasn't turning as planned. He was going to leave when the bathroom door opened and out came Heer. All of her jewelry was off, her face had been washed of all traces of makeup, and her hair is lying loose over her shoulders – although her outfit is still on. Prem can't help but stare – she looks beautiful. This look doesn't go unnoticed by the girls there.

Meher – Jiju, aap Heer ko thodasa company dijiyeh naa, hum abhi aate hai.

Prem – Kahaan jaa rahe ho? Main toh baas… (not wanting to be obvious)

Ash – Nahin Jiju, abhi aate hai naa. Aap dono baatein kijiyeh.

(the girls leave giggling like four year olds)

Heer – Prem-ji aap? Koi kaam tha? (she puts her dupatta on properly but Prem says nothing, he is too busy staring) Prem-ji ….

Prem – (blinks back to reality) Oh haan…woh… (takes out the box) Yeh tumhare liyeh. (hands it to Heer)

Heer – Iski kya zarurat thi?

Prem – Kuch nahin, baas ek chota sa taufa hai. Loh naa… (holds it out)

(Heer takes it and opens the gift displaying a set of beautiful payals)

Heer – (gasps) Bohot hi khubsurat hai. I love them. (she takes one out)

Prem – Tumse zyada khubsurat nahin… (he doesn't realize he is talking out loud)

Heer – (shocked) Ji…

(they can hear giggles coming from outside the door)

Prem – Nahin…kuch nahin. (gets nervous so plays with his stole a bit) Woh…main chata tha ke kaal shaadi mien tum yeh pehno.

Heer – (smiles) Zaroor pehnungi.

Prem – (returns the smile) Good night. (turns to leave)

Heer – Prem-ji… (Prem turns around) Mujhe aapse kuch kehna hai.

Heer then goes into the incident that took place outside in the garden with Rishab. She didn't want to have any secrets from him. Prem felt good that Heer told him, it showed how much she really trusted him.

Prem – Mujh paar bharosa karne ke liyeh…thanks.

Heer – Aap paar nahin karungi toh kis se karungi?

(they both smile and say good night)

That night the girls all spent the night in Heer's room – like a big sleepover party, in which they had tons of fun. The guys on the other hand, were too tired so they went straight to their own rooms and hit the sheets. Prem and Nihaal had knocked out as soon as they hit their bed, but for some reason Preet was restless. He figured he'd watch some tv and that would help him fall asleep. He found B4U and began watching music videos. In one particular video, a girl came on screen wearing a baby blue saree with sleeveless blouse. According to Preet, she doesn't have the body to be wearing this outfit.

Preet – (talking to himself) Paata nahin log aaise kapde kyun pehente hai joh unke shape se bilkul fit nahin hota. This girl is too skinny, you can see her bones! Phir bhi, color aacha hai. I think yeh color Meher ko bohot suit karega. It would highlight her complexion and her ….wait…WHAT!? (realizes what he was thinking) Main Meher ke bare mein kyun sooch raha hoon? Woh mere dimag mein kaise aayi? (sighs) Woh Maya aur Heer Bhabi ki saheli hai. What is wrong with me? (he turns off the tv and fixes his pillows) Preet beta…tu thak gaya hai, soja. (lays down)

Preet went to bed that night with every intention of getting all thoughts of Meher out of his head – the goal was to forget her. Too bad for him, she invaded is dreams.
