It's been 3 years she has been diagnosed with cancer and been in bed. Her days and nights were same. She spent 3 years of her life in bed sleeping; without knowing what was going on around her. She was unable to open her eyes but could listen. There was one person who used to say her everything thing. Everything that happened the particular day, everything he did. He used to keep her up-to-date with his activities, without thinking if she could hear him or not. She could hear his each and every word but couldn't speak neither could open her eyes, so that she could say her love, her life Prem that she is still with him, she could feel him.
Time passed, everyone thought she would never wake up, Never will be able to walk and talk like before, she was 19, young, beautiful girl but her life was on the edge. Prem took care of her day and night. For her he didn't go to college. He always said, from the day Heer was diagnosed with cancer that he would go college with her. So he has been waiting for the day when Heer will be alright and go college with him. But no one had hope that Heer will be ok. Even doctors had lost hope but it was Prem who always said Heer will be ok but cried alone at night, somewhere he too was starting to lose. He prayed for her day and night, went temple everyday.
One day there was a movement in Heer's hand, she moved her hand but still unable to talk or open her eyes. There was a movement on her hand for like an hour and suddenly she opened her eyes and smiled at prem. Prem was extremely happy and had tears in his eyes. Everyone said that it was Prem's love and praying that brought Heer back. When Heer heard this she too started crying. Then Prem went near her and said, "I knew you would be alright. Until I am alive nothing can happen to you, nothing". Heer still wasn't able to talk. Everyone was happy that at least Heer could see them and react but they were still wishing she could talk and ask for what she needed. Then one day, she yelled Prem, in her dream. Everyone was shocked that Heer yelled Prem. Prem was right there standing besides her not knowing what to do. He was traumatized due to sudden reaction of Heer. He was happy that Heer could finally talk. When Heer realized she could talk, she told Prem whatever he said her when she was unconscious. She heard each and everything but was unable to react. Everyone in the family was happy. After few days with the Help of Prem she started walking and playing and all like before. In no time Heer was like what she used to be. She attended her school, got good grades and graduated from high school as she missed 3 years. Then she and Prem attended college and earned their diploma as well.
Years passed, it was like Heer never had any cancer, and she was always ok. Nothing happened to her. Everyone seems to have forgotten everything. Heer was always happy, she never let anyone know that she still suffers a lot of pain and vomits blood. She hid them for years, since the day she became conscious. She even hid that from Prem. Prem always asked her if she is ok now and Heer was always lying to him. It was the day when everyone was talking about Prem and heer's wedding. Everyone was planning about the decorations and all. Prem 'heer were also in the hall with their parents, smiling. Then suddenly Heer felt something, she started getting dizzy and fainted on the spot. She was rushed to the hospital and provided with oxygen mask. She was unable to breathe. Doctors were giving her electric shock that atleast for sometime she could wake up and say her last word to her loved once. Everyone outside ICCU were crying, even Prem lost hope this time. He was crying uncontrollably. Family members were trying to calm him but he was not ready. He was crying hard and inside tears rolled down from Heer's eyes although she was unconscious she could feel Prem and his pain. Heer became conscious again, and everyone in the family came inside to meet her. Everyone was crying. Her father and mother were unable to see in what state she was in. They were crying without facing her. She called out for them and said I Love You. They came running towards her and hugged her. As if they knew now she is not going to be with them. Then she asked for Prem. Prem was crying outside he didn't agree to come in but no matter what he couldn't stay away from his Heer. When Heer saw her prem coming she took a long breathe and said "I love you, Prem. I hope you get all your happiness and'.." This was her last words to Prem and for her family members. From now onwards they could never hear her voice. Their daughter was gone, Prem's Heer was gone. She was never going to come back to them. They could never hear her neither see her. Then suddenly they heard some noise on the floor. When all of them turned around they saw Prem lying on the floor. Doctors took him for check up and found out he drank poison. They tried hard to make him ok but it was too late. The poison had spread all over his body and cannot be taken out. Prem always said if it wasn't for Heer he wouldn't have been here as well. It happened the same Heer is gone so is Prem.
