Prem is coming down the stairs. Sanjana is sitting in the living room. Sanjana got up and decided to ask him to accompany her out for a day. Chahat ran towards Prem overtaking Sanjana. Sanjana got angry and pushed her away. Chahat fell down hitting the near by chair. Her hands got hurt and started bleeding. She started crying aloud 'Papaaa'.

Prem shouted in anger 'Sanjana, Why are you pushing Chahat away?'

Sanjana shouted 'she is a devil in your life. With her mother she is cheating you.'

Prem slapped her 'how dare you call my daughter a devil?' Sanjana is shocked.

Prem picked up Chahat in his hand 'Papa slapped her don't cry.' he tried to calm her but she fainted. Prem shocked. 'Chahat. Chahat.' He pats her cheek. 'Heer, bring water.'

Heer hearing Chahat's cry came to living room. She saw fainted Chahat in Prem's hand.she cired 'Prem, what happened to Chahat?' Preet splashed water on Chahat face. Heer hold Prem's upper arm tightly 'Prem. why she is not opening her eyes?' she cried. Prem also in tears 'she is alright.' no response from Chahat gave Prem fear.

Lalit 'Prem, take Chahat to hospital immediately.' Prem grabbed her in his hand. Preet ran to start the car. Heer followed them with tears.

Heer is tightly holding Prem's hand through out the drive to the hospital. Prem is also in tears. He hugged Chahat and kissed her 'Chahat Beta, See Papa. See Mamma is crying. open your eyes.'

Preet is restlessly walking in front of the testing room. Prem wrapped his one hand around Heer as the as some tests were taken for Chahat. Heer with tears 'Prem, what happened to her? why they are doing these tests?'

Prem is also in tears tries to control to avoid giving more fear to Heer 'nothing. its a routine. She is okay.' he rubbed his palm on her upper arm. She covered her mouth with her palm 'I'm scared Prem.' he placed his other hand on her shoulder and comforted her.

A Nurse asked them to go to doctor cabin. Prem, Heer and Preet walked to the doctor cabin. They sat with fear. Doctor looking seriously looking at the reports spread on his table. Few more doctors are also standing there with some papers in hand. They all gave a worried look to Prem and Heer. After a brief silent doctor slowly 'Mr. Juneja, I'm sorry. Your daughter is suffering in Leukaemia.'

Prem, Heer and Preet shattered. Doctor continued 'she may be alive for another 6 months. Treatments can only prolong her life but not complete cure.'

Prem with tears 'doctor. Please save my daughter. she is everything for us.'

Doctor 'one thing we can try.'

Prem, Heer and Preet looked at them hope. Doctor continued 'bone marrow transplant. We will test both of you if it matches with her then it will be fine. We have some hope.'

Prem and Heer got little bit relieved 'yes. doctor.' Doctor called a Nurse to arrange for the test.

Heer looked at Prem with tears. He hugged her 'our Chahat will be okay soon.' She cried burying her face into his chest. They left to home after givng samples to test with a hope that they can save Chahat with bone marrow transplant.

Gaya3 trying to reach Preet and Prem. She threw the receiver down on the couch. 'why he is not answering the call?' Lalit is restless. Preet,Prem and Heer returned with Chahat after few hours with a swollen face. Chahat is sleeping on Prem shoulder. Heer is clutching Prem arm tightly. Gaya3 rushed to Heer 'what happened? Prem, why you didn't pick up the phone?' Megher picked up Chahat from Prem's hand.

Heer fell to the ground and cried 'Ma'. Prem tried to pick her up. 'Heer.' He sat with her on the floor.

Lalit become upset 'Preet, tell something. Why Heer is crying like this?'

Preet with tears 'Chahat is suffering with blood cancer. She may live only for another 6 months.' Lalit and Gaya3 fell in the sofa with shock. Prem cried keeping his forehead on Heer's. Sanjana is the only one happy. The entire day passed with silence. no onw ate anything. all stayed inside their room.

Heer is sitting on the bed next to Chahat. She is talking to the picture in her hand 'you promised me that you won't leave me but now you left me alone. You don't even remember me as your wife. You told that you are giving me a gift that always stays with me. Now our Chahat is also leaving me alone. She is your daughter and follows your path.' She cried like a baby hugging the frame.

Prem saw Heer room light is still on. He went to her room. The door is slightly open. Prem walked to Heer. He sat next to her. 'Heer.' She quickly turned and buried her face into his chest and hit his fist on his chest 'Why it always happens to me?' Prem hugged her 'nothing can separate our Chahat from us. I'm with you Heer. We need to be strong in this situation.' He rubbed her back.

Next morning, Heer saw herself on Prem's chest. He is leaning on the board and she is leaning on his chest. His one hand around her stomach and another on Chahat's head who is sleeping keeping her head on Prem's lap. Heer slowly released herself from Prem's hand. He woke up by her movement. 'Good morning Heer.' She said 'Good morning' without any interest. Prem pulled her back on to him. 'Heer, We will leave t'row to US for further treatment. Don't worry.'

Heer 'Prem, I really don't know what to do.' she cried keeping her head on his chest. Prem wiped her tears 'Heer, if you cry like this we cannot do anything.' Heer got up and left to washroom. Prem picked up his phone and dialled a number but couldn't get any answer.

When Heer came out of washroom, 'Heer, call our Canada office and get Dr. Nixon's number.' Heer called Canada office and got the number. Prem called Dr. Nixon and told about Chahat's condition. Doctor asked him to send all the test results to him. Prem agreed. Doctor 'Mr. Prem, nothing to worry. God will help us to save your daughter. Today in the medical world anything is possible.' Prem thanked him.

Heer is looking at him with hope. Prem smiled 'I spoke to him. He is confident that she can be cured.' He gently gave a hug to comfort her. Chahat opened her eyes and saw her parents are having a good time. She closed her eyes and slept again. Prem and Heer saw her and smiled. Heer picked up pillows to put around Chahat. Prem stopped her 'what are you doing Heer?'

Heer with a questioning face. 'you go and get freshen up. I'm going down to prepare breakfast.'

Prem removed the pillows and sat on the bed 'I'll stay with her till she gets up. You bring the breakfast here.' Heer nodded and went down. Prem picked up Chahat and placed on his chest. He stared at his daughter while his hands stroking her hair. 'Papa won't allow you to leave.' he kissed her forehead.

Heer took breakfast and climbed upstairs. Lalit and Gaya3 are happy. Sanjana who came there saw Heer walking with breakfast. First she thought Heer is taking breakfast for Chahat. Then from Gaya3's face expression she understood that Prem is with Heer. She quickly decided to join them. she took her plate and behind Heer. Gaya3 stopped her. But Lalit signed her to be quiet. 'let her to do her part.' he lowered his voice 'soon she will come back like a broken arrow.' He winked at her. Gaya3 smiled.

Heer entered with breakfast. Chahat is sitting on Prem's lap. Prem went to washroom when Heer came in with the tray. Heer placed the tray on the table. Chahat kissed Heer and Heer kissed her back. She sat with Chahat. She pulled her up on her lap.

Sanjana opened the door. She peeped in and looked around for Prem. she couldn't find him. Heer sensed that she is searching for Prem. so she kept herself quiet and started playing with Chahat. Her heart is praying 'Prem should not come out until she goes away.' Sanjana is disappointed and walked away. Heer breathed a releif.

Prem shouted from the washroom 'Heer, give me a towel.' Heer gave him the towel and he came out wrapping the towel around his waist. Chahat laughed clapping her hands looking at her father standing without shirt.

Heer picked up Chahat went to washroom. They came back after few minute. Prem helped Heer to dress Chahat, who ran around inside the room. Prem catched her and kept her on his lap. 'Papa caught you.' she clapped and laughed. Heer dressed Chahat.

Prem tickled Chahat. She giggled. Both sat on the bed, Chahat on Prem's lap. Heer came with breakfast and sat opposite to them. Heer feeds Chahat. Prem looked at her with a hope he will also get from her hand. She smiled and feed him also. Then Chahat and Prem feeds Heer. They had a family breakfast.

Later Heer went to office. Prem stayed with Chahat. Sanjana tried to enter the room but Chahat shouted at her before she step in 'goooooe'. She wrapped her hand around Prem's neck and pointed prem to send her out. Prem smiled. 'Sanjana, don't disturb us. I'll meet you later.' Sanjana stayed downstairs for Prem. but Prem didn't come out until night. Prem came down for dinner with Heer and Chahat. He didn't look Sanjana even for one second.

Heer was struggling with office work and Chahat. Chahat always wants Prem to be with her. Heer heart felt happy when Prem started giving attention to her and Chahat. Heer was working in study room. Preet came in 'Bhabi, here is the file.' She started giving instruction. Preet followed. Finally Heer 'Preet, this is Prem's dream project. We should not make any mistake. Make sure everything is perfect.' Preet with tears 'Bhabi, don't worry. I'll take care of everything.'

Prem saw this 'when did my brother turn into a sincere business man.' He smiled and his heart felt heavy 'even in this situation she gives life to my dreams. God, Why you erased her memory from me?'
